I have just returned from a 11 night stay here. There aren’t many reviews from the UK so thought I would add one. We booked the 2 bedroom lagoon room with terrace and I travelled with my husband and 3 children, aged 8, 14, 15.||Location - we didn’t venture out of the hotel so I have no idea on the area but it took us just under 3 hours to get to the hotel from the airport on the coach. There were 6/7 hotel drop offs before ours. We were last. On the way home, it was 2 hours back to the airport, but that was possibly due to the fact we travelled at 3am! ||Room- The apartment itself is very small, hardly any storage for clothes, so we never really unpacked. Despite this, the lagoon rooms are definitely worth the money. The second bedroom had a double bed and single bed. Considering we went in August we had the pool to ourselves at least once a day. Some families are more considerate than others and remove their belongings every evening but some would claim 4/5 sun beds by leaving their things everywhere overnight so they had the beds again the next day. Considering there were 5 of us, we only used 2 (sometimes 3) sun beds per day and never reserved any before 7.45am. The gates to the pool are constantly left open by guests and staff. This then allows other guests to use the pool. Considering we had paid extra for this pool, I do feel this should have been monitored better. Maybe different wrist bands? The beds are comfortable, the lighting is very dim so could not do hair and make up in the bedroom. The bathroom is nice enough but has slight black mould on the ceiling. There is no real ventilation in the bathroom so I guess this is why. The shower could be nicer too, it was very very basic and not a lot of power. The TV only had 2 UK channels - Comedy Central and Nickelodeon. The air conditioning unit leaked water most evenings, but it kind of sorts itself out. We wondered if it was due to the showers and condensation.||Food - The amount of food on offer here is incredible. Breakfast they have omelette station, pancakes, pastries, eggs, breads, cereal, plus a few hot foods. There were no bacon and sausages if that’s what you are after! Lunch we mainly had at the beach bar. You order on your phone using a QR code. It’s similar foods to the main restaurant. Pizza, burgers, pides, salads but I liked the beach bar better. Overlooking the beach and mostly quieter. Dinner was in the main restaurant and round the pool. They have theme nights, Sushi night and Turkish night. On the whole, the food was lovely but was disappointed that the chicken had bones in, even from the children’s section. The fish also had bones in. But the doner meat was incredible! Couldn’t get enough of it! ||Staff - I was prepared for some difficult staff as I had read they can be biased depending on your nationality. To be honest, I found the staff very indifferent. They weren’t overly rude or overly polite. We had 1 waiter over the course of our holiday who joked with the children and helped us with drinks, greeted us warmly when he saw us again, but mainly staff seemed too busy/lazy to interact. Most of them did not speak English. Some days staff would take ages to clear plates away after we had finished eating, and some days they would take the plate away whilst we were still eating! My son dropped a plate and the staff nearby were very quick to reassure him it was ok, and not to be upset. They were very quick to kind into him. They do need to work on relaying tables after clearing them as nearly every meal time we had to go find cutlery. ||Pros.|- The hotel is clean and looked after well. The grounds are constantly maintained and it feels clean when walking around. The staff wash all the sun beds and floor down every evening. ||- The rooms are cleaned daily but it’s very minimal. Towels changed and beds made. It would have been nice to have the floor mopped or bedding changed. ||- The hotel has everything you’ll need. Supermarket, shops to buy shoes and bags (fake designers), photographer, hairdressers. ||- Slide pool was never really busy. It’s right at the top and isn’t very big. The opening hours (10-12 and 3-5) worked well for us as we tried to keep out the sun during the peak hours. ||-The beach pier. The beach is lovely. Clear water on the left side, nice breeze. The guy that works the pier and beach, is so helpful and friendly. Always got a sunbed up there. We used to go get a sunbed around 9/9.30 and stay till 11.30/12. ||- Entertainment is huge here. There’s shows every night that are very similar but you can tell they put so much effort into this. We aren’t really into evening entertainment so didn’t stay too long to watch but it is very impressive how much effort goes into it. ||- Patisserie is lovely. The cakes are just really yummy and it was the highlight to my afternoons. They are mainly the same as the ones in the dessert section for dinner but sometimes there were other little options too. ||- Ice creams available between 2.30-4.30. Branded stuff too like twister and Cornetto. |||Cons. |- Smoking. Coming from the UK where there are laws around where you can smoke, it was hard to get used to that when eating and sitting out. Quite off putting and not nice for the children who aren’t used to it. Ashtrays everywhere, and lots of people lighting up with no consideration to others. ||- Towels on beds. Although there are signs about not reserving beds, people still do. My husband went to go put towels down round a pool at 7.45 and couldn’t find any. Lucky we had the lagoon pool so we stayed there that day. You would always get a bed on the beach too. ||- The “relax” pool isn’t so relaxing. There’s no music or activities, but it still is very loud and noisy, with lots of families, children playing and other guests playing their own music. ||- Pool depths aren’t great. My youngest is 8 and isn’t the strongest swimmer. The depths of the pools range from 140-160 so he couldn’t touch the floor in either pools. There is a little section of the main pool that is 110 but it was always so busy there that we didn’t bother and just bought him a pool noodle. ||- Some cocktails are made well and some aren’t. I couldn’t drink half the cocktails I had as they were way too strong for me. They didn’t use measuring cups and just tipped it in the glass. The spirits being the cheap stuff, I just couldn’t drink it. They were nearly always warm too. ||All in all, I had a very lovely holiday. There is a very chilled vibe at this hotel, and I felt very safe and relaxed. ||I would say it is more of a 4 star than a 5 star though. I probably wouldn’t return only due to room situation as my children are too big to be sharing such a small space. Bunk beds would have been better in these rooms. |I would definitely recommend this hotel to a family with younger...
Read moreWe stayed there a family of 6. We had a very good room with 2 bedrooms and a living room. The rooms had A/C that are units on the wall, this was not something we prefer, since they where pointed at the beds and we could not have them on while sleeping, since it would blow right at us. First day I felt that this could be a problem, but it turned out OK anyway. The rooms was quite cool anyway. The total area felt good. There where good variations of different poolarea and plenty for the kids. Even some waterslide for the older kids. The food was good but not always to my taste. I mean there was lots of different variations but I really did not like the meat they served. They had entrecote which was almost impossible to chew. They had lots of different cheese, and me as a cheese lover, did not like any of the cheese they served. Overall it was ok. I liked the beachrestaurant where they have a QR code and then you order what you like from your phone, and they would bring it to your table. The staff where good and helpful. The beach was really good, perfect for families. In the middle in there was lots of rocks in the water, but we soon discovered why nobody was swimming the middle. The sides had no rocks and only sand. Dont miss the small beach on the left side, it was even better. It does'nt look as good but the water is more clear on that side. The most impressing thing was the night shows that they had, we felt like we visited a Lasvegas show every night. It was the best show we have ever seen...

The hotel itself is very clean, the cleaning staff around the hotel are so attentive to all areas and also the cleaners of the room. The pool areas are safe and well kept. The animation staff are amazing always upbeat with smiles on their faces always saying hello and was amazing with our kids. The night time entertainment also was spectacular especially turkish night.|We used all of the pool areas and enjoyed participating in the aqua exercises. |The food was delicious and was something to cater all of us. |I would like to give a special mention to lutfu, I became poorly with a bad cough whilst on holiday and he took the time to ask if I was OK and advised me on trying turkish teas which he gave to me. |We are already missing quattro club and already looking into booking for next year but for 10 days as a week just wasn't enough for this amazing place. |We love you quattro...
