Mulka Otel — Hotel in Ayvalık

I apologize to the manager and staff for the following review because they were friendly and helpful. However I wish someone had written such review before because this is easily the worst hotel I've stayed at.|When we reserved a room at Mulka hotel, we didn't expect luxury at this price point and given the average rating of 7.5 (good). However we expected that at least the most basic things would be in order, which was not the case.|The biggest issue was the bathroom: |1. The water pressure in the shower changes randomly, which also changes the temperature and you can either get burned or frozen as you shower. This also happens frequently - about every 30 seconds or so, which makes taking a shower a nightmare. The only positive is that this is preceeded by a loud hissing noise which at least gives a warning.|2. The shower cabin's only purpose is to make the shower space narrow and uncomfortable, since the bottom isn't sealed to the floor and the whole bathroom gets wet anyway.|3. The toilet cistern wasn't functioning. The maintenance guy fixed it but it broke again the very next day and kept breaking for the rest of our stay but l learned to fix it myself so l see that as a positive.|4. There were no hangers whatsoever, safe for two rusty faucets sticking out the wall for some reason. |Although the rest was kinda ok, there are several other downsides: |1. There were two beds in the room - a big one and a small one. The room is about 3.5m wide. One can probably imagine how narrow the room was and not only that but the big bed is pushed up against the wall which doesn't make for a great sleeping experience. |2. Some false advertisement - there isn't actually a dedicated parking at the hotel. The guests have to park in the street in front. The hotel also isn't "brachfront". It does have its dedicated strip on the beach but "beachfront" indicates it's pretty much on beach while you do have to walk about 5 minutes to get there. This isn't such a big issue but it's worth noting.|3. The pool is filled by a garden hose that is stretched on the floor- the first time I've seen such a thing.|4. The breakfast was very scarce - just the most basic things.|5. The only options for lunch and dinner are french fries and toast.|6. There is nowhere to hang wet clotheris or towels to dry.|The ONLY good thing was that the staff was very kind and responded quickly to all our requests but those were way more than they should be even at this price point.|I have pictures and videos to...

Ağustos ayında eşim, çocuğum, annem ve babam ile birlikte tatil yapmak için aile odasında rezervasyon gerçekleştirmiştim. Odaya girer girmez hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Aile odası diye tasarlanan yer 2 odadan oluşuyor fakat bir odası kör cephede kalıyor. Penceresi bile yok. Karanlık ve havasız bir oda. Klima 1 odada var. Rezervasyon sırasında iki odaya da yeterli olduğu belirtilmişti fakat tek odada bile etkili olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim. Oda temizliği göstermelik yapılmış. Komidini kenara kaydırdığımızda bir önceki misafirin mavi protez tırnakları bizi karşılıyor. Odada hareket ettikçe yatakların altındaki tozlar günyüzüne çıkıyor. Odada çöp kovası yok ve günlük oda temizliği yapılmıyor. Kapı kolları yapış yapış ve yarım yamalak boyanmaya çalışılmış. Tuvalatte duşa kabinin etrafı simsiyah bakımsız, sabunlukların metalleri korozyona uğramış ve boştu. Taharet muslukları paslı ve bakımsız. Havuzda her akşam 1 makine çalıştırılıyor temizlik için fakat oda temizliği böyleyse makine filtreleri ne kadar sıklıkla değişmiştir havuz ne kadar temiz olabilir şüpheli. Bu sebeple havuza hiç girmedik. Otel konum itibariyle denize 150-200 metre fakat merkez konum baz alındığında en sonda kalan otel diyebiliriz bayağ içeride kalıyor. Kahvaltı mutlaka haftalık belirli bir shift oluşturularak çeşit sunulmalı hergün aynı seçenekleri sunmak hoş değildi. Dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirmek yasak ise temel ihtiyaç olan su ücretsiz sunulmalıydı. Otelde iyi olan şeyler elektrik,su ve az da çekiyor olsa...

03.06.2019 Bayram tatilinde konakladım. PİSLİK ten hoşlanıyorsanız çok şanslısınız Kalınabilecek bundan daha pis otel olamaz. Bayramdan 2 gün önce kalan otellerin en kötü olacağını biliyordum ama bu kadar kötüsünü düşünemedim. Yorumlarda her şeyin abartıldığını verilen paraya göre çok iyi otel olacağını düşünmedim ama REZALET olmasıda gerçekten rezillik. Kendi çarşaf yastık yüzlerimizi getirdik serdik otel sahibi klima bozuk diye anahtarı aldı usta ile gittiler tamirci yatağa basıp tamir etmiş bütün duvar toz pislik yatağın yerin üstünde kalın taş parçasını bile üşenip yere atmamışlar insanlık değil. kesinlikle oda temizliği düşünmeyin çıkan kişi az temiz bıraktıysa şansınıza. Aynı paraya fetiyede çok güzel tatil olanakları var ancak seçimlerden ötürü çok uzağa gitmeyelim dedik keske hiç gitmeseydik. Odalar rezalet pislik bu kadar açık konusuyorum PİSLİK Kahvaltı sıfır yemekler aç bırakmaz ama marketten kek suyla idare et yeridir. Tek iyi yanı denize yakın Plajı cok güzel Şenzlong ve şemsiye ücretsiz oda özel plajla anlasması olduğundan. ve birde otelde 2 3 erkek kalabiliyor.
