Bruv, I do not even know where to start with this hotel. First of all, do not trust the ratings. Honestly, it is all fake hype. Most of the reviews look the same, like someone just copied and pasted them or got their mates to write them. Nothing about this place matches what you see online. It is a proper scam. The room was a straight-up mess. Soon as I walked in, the smell hit me. Like damp clothes mixed with something musty and cheap. Everything was old and worn out. The bed looked tired and the bedding did not even feel clean. I sat on the edge and just felt uncomfortable, like I should not even be there. The air felt heavy and the whole room had this weird, unwashed vibe. And then boom, I spot this long dark hair right on the pillow. That is when I knew the bed had not been changed. It was not mine, obviously. It was just nasty. I felt itchy just looking at it. After that I started noticing more filth. Corners full of dust, dodgy stains on the wall, marks on the furniture. It was like they just gave the room a quick wipe and called it a day. Went to the bathroom thinking maybe that would be alright. Nope. Even the toiletries were used. The conditioner bottle was half empty and covered in fingerprints. Who leaves used stuff out for the next person? That is not just lazy, it is rank. Reception? Do not even get me started. The staff were cold, rude, and completely uninterested. No hello, no eye contact, nothing. Every time I asked something simple, it was like I was getting in their way. No one had a clue what they were doing and no one cared either. I have had better customer service at the kebab shop at 3am. Then there was the breakfast. Honestly one of the worst I have ever seen. Dry bread, eggs that tasted like rubber, sad little bits of cheese chucked on a tray, and coffee that could have been dishwater. Nothing was hot, nothing was fresh, and nothing looked like anyone had put the slightest effort into it. I took one bite and just left it. I would have rather eaten crisps from the corner shop. And the funniest part, if you can even call it funny, was this one lady who worked there. She was walking around the breakfast area literally begging people to leave them a good review. Going up to tables, smiling awkwardly, saying please say something nice online. I could not believe what I was seeing. That is when it all made sense. That is where the fake five star reviews come from. Fully embarrassing behaviour. You should not have to beg for good feedback if your place is actually decent. This hotel was a waste of time, money, and energy. I do not usually bother writing reviews but this one deserved it. It is not even about expecting luxury. Just basic standards. Clean sheets. Respectful staff. Edible food. None of that happened here. Never again. Avoid it completely. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

A Stellar Experience at the G-Hotel in Istanbul I recently had the pleasure of staying at the G-Hotel in Istanbul, and while the hotel itself boasts excellent amenities, my experience was truly elevated by the exceptional service of Neda, the front desk clerk. She is, without a doubt, the heart and soul of the guest experience here. From the moment I checked in, Neda went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe. Her warm smile and genuine inquiries about my day or night added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. She consistently exceeded her duties, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was seamless and memorable. The hotel itself is fantastic, with a beautiful pool, two impressive restaurants, and a gym that looked well-equipped (though I didn’t have the chance to try it out). The rooms are immaculate, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. However, Neda’s exceptional service sets this hotel apart. She brings a unique charm and dedication that makes you want to return just to experience her hospitality again. Honestly, if I hear that Neda is no longer part of the G-Hotel team, I’d likely consider staying elsewhere—hopefully wherever she goes! Her work ethic and kindness are rare finds in the hospitality industry. If I ever ventured into the hotel business, Neda would be the first person I’d want on my team. Thank you, Neda, and the G-Hotel team for an unforgettable stay. I can’t wait to return! Mr . Still

✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ I had one of the best hotel experiences ever, the place is so comfortable yet clean and have all the facilities in one, my room has a separate kitchen with lounge room absolutely gorgeous and have a king size bedroom ultra comfortable and has everything you want. Bathroom is immaculate with a washing machine inbuilt dryer. Everything you can ask for is in the hotel basically. For me more than the luxury & service comes first and this is one of them. Handsome Harun at the reception is so nice and friendly, when ever I need any hep with everything he is always there with a great genuine smile❤️❤️❤️ Ali abi is the person in charge of the Hotel Breakfast Restaurant and he has all the food and service you can ask for, lovely genuine people who is always want the serve you with best quality service❤️❤️❤️ 💙 Well done guys, very happy with your team, and this will be the most trusted hotel that I would choose to stay with my 👪 family. 🏭 Also the hotel is built recently with the best quality products from the foundation to be the safest hotels incase of earthquakes. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Five Star from me, Clean, Super Comfortable and a lot of great facilities 🙏👍👏👏👏

Hello, Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was a very bad one. We have been many times to hotels and resorts, both in Turkey and in other countries, but never have we been treated so poorly and with such disgust as here.

How it all started: we were on our way, and since making the reservation we had already informed the hotel that we would arrive at night. They told us it was not a problem, that we could arrive anytime because the rooms were reserved. They even sent us a message in the afternoon that our rooms were prepared, with air conditioning, fruits, and everything ready for when we arrived. We were happy that everything was fine. But when we arrived, it was exactly the opposite.

After a road trip of about 13-14 hours, very tired, we reached the hotel. Probably because we looked exhausted or sleepy, they thought, “these people will accept anything.” They told us that our rooms had problems with the air conditioning, so they could not give us those rooms, but instead they would give us “bigger and nicer” ones in another building until the next day when the issue would be fixed. We arrived around midnight and were very tired, so we said we wanted our rooms anyway. But they insisted that they weren’t okay, even though we said we had received a message that the rooms were ready. They said no.

We agreed to see the rooms they wanted to give us, and when we saw them, they were terrible: much smaller beds, a very unpleasant smell, like staff rooms. That made us think they judged us by appearance and assumed we would accept anything. We had asked for a room with two separate beds, but they gave us one with a single bed and a child’s bed – for two adults this is totally unfair. When I told the valet that those were not the rooms we had booked and paid for, he answered, “you are not lucky.” Really? With my money, I am “not lucky”? Is this what you call professionalism?

A whole argument started. They tried to lie to us, saying that all rooms in the hotel were the same and all the beds were identical, which was a lie. When we went to see the other rooms, they were much better. Then the valet told us to go back to reception. We had to walk again with our luggage at night, from one building to another, because they didn’t want to give us what we had booked.

At reception, the staff insisted again that the rooms could not be given to us because they were “broken” etc. We asked to see them anyway, to check with our own eyes. And when we entered the rooms, everything was perfect – the air conditioning was working fine, everything looked nice. They simply lied to us. We asked again for those rooms, but we never received them. By then it was already 2 a.m.

We ended up with other rooms, different even from the ones they had first shown us. The TV didn’t work, and whenever we went to reception with a problem, they rolled their eyes, clearly bothered that we were even asking. I told them the TV didn’t work and asked if someone could fix it during the day. He said, “I’ll come in 10 minutes.” I asked, “Can you come in 30? Because I am going to the store now.” He rolled his eyes like the technician was already at the door. Very rude. None of the receptionists we spoke to even knew how to say good morning.

About breakfast, there is almost no point to comment. You had to ask them directly if they could make you an omelette or something. Otherwise, they only had boiled eggs, some sausages that looked awful, spinach pastries, some salads, and 2-3 fruits (plums, pears, and apples). That was all. Honestly, a joke.

I would never return to this hotel and I would never recommend it to anyone. This was the worst experience we...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at G Hotels was far below the five-star standard advertised. For a property I flew five hours to visit, this was extremely disappointing. When we checked in at 9:30 PM, we were placed in a “non-smoking” room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong it was difficult to sleep. Despite raising the issue immediately, the only alternative offered was a one-bedroom unit without air conditioning in another building. I was told we’d be moved to an upgraded room the following morning, but that did not happen. The initial room was also prepared for only one guest despite our booking for two—just one towel, one mug, and one toiletry set. Getting a second towel took nearly an hour and multiple calls to reception, and when something finally arrived, it was a dressing gown instead. We only received a towel after I went down to reception and waited another 45 minutes. Other problems in that room included: A broken TV that required a technician late at night No ironing facilities despite being listed online A noisy air conditioner and ill-fitting sheets A poorly sealed shower that flooded the bathroom At 1 PM the next day, the promised room change was delayed again. When I pressed further, I was moved, but the new room was not an upgrade and, unbelievably, the shower didn’t even work until a maintenance man came to repair it. This second room also lacked several advertised amenities and, again, only had one towel. Staff throughout the stay were apathetic and unhelpful, and complaints went nowhere. Other issues during the stay: Breakfast: Limited and unusual selection—mainly soups and spicy Turkish foods, which I didn’t find suitable at 7 AM. The coffee was very poor. Pool: Nice but not actually part of the hotel building. At peak times, there weren’t enough loungers. Gym: Decent equipment, but uncomfortably hot. Transport: The “VIP transfer” is misleading—it’s just a standard yellow taxi, and we were overcharged compared to the meter. Location: Not ideal—close to the old airport, but far from attractions. The one saving grace is the metro stop right outside, which makes getting around the city easier. On the positive side, the outdoor pool was pleasant, and the gym was usable. However, these do not make up for the misleading advertising, lack of amenities, and consistently...
