Staff - NOBODY speaks English. They always called someone who "speaks" English, but no he don't. He did not understand anything at all. ||When I started to pay during check in, they wanted me to charge more. I booked through the booking.com, and they confirmed one price but then asked me more in Turkish liras. And they explained it like it's because of currency difference. But then I showed how much this price in euros was in Turkish liras and it was smaller number. So only after that they gave up. ||Facilities - the room was looking nice actually when I camed in. But it was freezing cold. So I turned on the conditioning system to the 30C degrees, but even after 24 hours staying in this hotel, nothing happened. It was still freezing cold. I had to sleep with my clothes. The shower was broken, one of shower faucets was leaking. After I turned on another faucet there was fountain after I turned it on. All bathroom was wet. Except window, conditioning, bathroom, cold floor, the furniture was clean and looking like new. Fortunately I had the possibility to make some tea to get warm, but this tea cup was hot only for 5-10 minutes. Because the temperature in the room was 15C (that showed me the conditioning system). I woke up after every one hour because of the noise outside (and I'm with a very deep sleep, usually I don't hear anything). My window was right next to the busy street. Location was nice. Like it's close to the airport, I had to pay only 10lt for a taxi to get there. But when in the evening I went out to have a dinner, it was little bit scary to walk on the dark streets alone. And the time was not that late, around 6.00-8.00pm. In the morning I also asked the man from the reception, can I have a breakfast there and how much I have to pay. Ofcourse he didn't understand anything and called someone. Who also didn't understand what am I asking. So after question: Do you want money, I got my answer. They said NO. Breakfast was really bad. No tea, no milk for coffee. So I was happy to not to pay for it. But the guy from reception camed to me and just asked for TIP. I was shocked....
