Ok so I'm going to be as diplomatic as possible as I want to give a fair review, and this is also based on my personal experience working within a 4 star hotel in London.||1) Upon arriving to the hotel, I instantly noticed the disorganization and inefficiency of staff. There were FOUR receptionist as well as a porter crowding around one computer serving only ONE family despite there being multiple computers and really no reason why 4 receptionist should be at one computer. ||2) Secondly the whole concept of having to log into the hotel wifi using your passport number is just a nuisance and stupid to say the least.||3) on arrival we were handed a very direct piece of paper claiming that food or drink that is not purchased in the hotel is prohibited from entering (YES EVEN YOUR OWN DAMN WATER) OTHERWISE theyll CHARGE you the HOTEL fee for the food or drinks that YOUVE purchased. Genuinely the dumbest and poorest hotel policy I've ever encountered as theres really no logical explanation as to why it occurs other than they're thieves. Fraud. That's literally it. So if you want to bring your own snacks or water or whatever it is, think AGAIN. Because theyll literally stop you, or search your trash and charge you the hotel price for things you've bought. RIDICULOUS. ||4) air conditioner quiet, but weak- its rubbish.||5) basically it's not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star seems more fitting. ||6) to the management. If you want to make your hotel better, scrap that whole food drink policy (it's...

Read moreI stayed here on business for 2 nights during IDEF 19. Hotel is well placed for the conference centre but faces on to a very busy main road. My room was at the front and there was some considerable road noise although the air con drowns out most of it. Reception were extremely helpful and organised a pick up for me from the new airport. That said, the trip cost €45 and took nearly 80 mins which both seemed excessive. The hotel is very close to 2 major shopping centres, restaurants and bus stops. I didn’t get to try breakfast in the hotel, but my room was clean well equipped with a hot shower and good sized towels. I’d definitely use the...
