Hakan Hotel — Hotel in Bodrum

This is a place to be. Really, without any exageration, this place is fantastic thanks to its owners...||When you arrive to Bitez, which is a kind of laid back area and people are usually choosing it because they wish to feel at home, surrounded by green, you feel already wonderful. And when you enter this nice small hotel, you can breath out. You come to the right place. I am not writing a story about an expensive boutique hotel, where everything has been arranged, I mean a reall small hotel run by an intellectual family, doing their best to make all guest happy from the morning till late night. The rooms are very clean, especially the bathroom and bedsheets. I had a new flat TV, air-condition placed very well so that it cooled the room but did not disturb by a cold stream. Wonderful view to the garden, very serene and beautiful. From my other window I could follow if breakfast is already served and usually managed just in time, but they always waited and never said anything. The swimming pool is just great. Often I was there alone, as most of the guests went to the sea. It is such luxory in these days to find a hotel like this. There is also a sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds, cosy decoration - but you feel and see it has not been arrange there 5 minutes before your arrival. This hotel is living it. This hotel is like your home. More interestingly most people which I met there were thinking the same. There were familes with children, young couples, oldere couples, Turkish, German, American. And me myself from the Czech Republic. My room was spacy and so comfortable that I wanted to prolong my stay, but it was busy. I had to come after two days, which I did with pleasure.||In front of the hotel there are no bad people sitting and watching you. Behind the corner there is a dolmus stop and behind another corner there is a good minimarket with all things one needs on holiday. I usually walked to the beach later, so it took me about 5 minutes in the hottest sun. It might be just 100 m though. In the evening I took a longer walk on the beach promenade or a dolmus to Bodrum where all interesting cultural activities are, including more cafes, restaurants, and also disco bars and places with live music.||If I have a chance to visit this area again, I will book this hotel in advance to avoid the risk of hearing sorry darling, we are full tonight...||||Thank you very much for all...

I was the first to visit this season and this would probably be two weeks too early for most people.Korhan and his wife,Cansu made me feel very welcome and provided lovely breakfasts and a clean room,despite trying to get the hotel ready for the summer. Aided by Bulent,a family friend and fellow worker,they worked tirelessly to ready the pool and surrounding area,for future guests. I broke a tooth the day before my holiday and Korhan organised everything for me.Two trips to the dentist plus taxis. The walk to the beach is about five minutes and there are restaurants everywhere. Food is cheap, as are taxis. I arrived on March 29th and luckily had plenty of sun. All in all a good holiday enhanced by the aforementioned owners and their wonderful little puppy called Bitter. Fiyat / Performance olarak baktığınızda bence beklentimin daha üstündeydi. Daha bahçe kapısından giriş yaptığım ve sabah 9 gibi kahvaltı saati yani en yoğun saat olmasına rağmen güler yüzle karşılanıp, odam hazır oluncaya kadar dinlenmem için hem imkan sağlandı hem çay ikramı yapıldı. Son derece huzur veren bir otel. 1 haftalık tatilimin çoğunu otelde geçirdim dışarıya çıkmak istemedim. Kahvaltı dahil konaklamaya ek dilerseniz akşama yemeği seçeneği de var ve akşam yemeği alarak konakladım ve iyi ki bu şekilde tercih etmişim. Otel sahibi Korhan Bey hem çok iyi bir işletmeci hem de çok iyi bir şef. Asla bitiremenediğim yumurtasından, patates kızartmasına, pişisinden yumurtalı ekmeğine, zeytin, peynir, reçel çeşitleri, tereyağ, kaymak, fındık kremasından meyvesine kadar dolu dolu bir serpme kahvaltısı var. Akşam yemeklerinde her gün sıcak sıcak ev yapımı çorbalara ek, çökertme kebabından, tereyağlı snitzele, saç tavadan, mantıya, ızgara balığa kadar tüm yemeler çok lezzetliydi ve her yemek yanında salata ve sonrasında çay ve tatlınız eksik edilmiyor. Odalarda kattle, mini buzdolabı, saç kurutma makinası ve klima mevcut. Eşyalar eski ama herşey çok temiz ve odalar her gün temizleniyor. Sonuç itibariyle lüks beklentisi olmayan herkese tavsiye ederim. Güler yüzlü servis ve hizmetleri için Hakan Bey'e ve Baran Bey'e teşekkür ederim. Ardında da öncelikle harika yemekleri, misafirperverlikleri, güler yüzleri ve samimiyetleri için başta Koray Bey'e ve annesi Gül Hanım'a için teşekkür ederim.
