We came on holidays with my family assuming we booked in a 5 star luxurious villa which is what we are used to staying in our usual holidays. I can tell you from now if you are looking for a 5 star luxurious relaxing experience do not even consider the place. First of all it’s not refundable And my first comment if a place is amazing they will be so confident that you will not ask for a refund because you wouldn’t want to leave but it’s so terrible we wanted to leave from day one. We arrived no reception which I saw in the reviews and now I know why people were frustrated. The Villa we stayed in had ripped rugs, broken door, broken shower, let me state the fact that the towels were different colors we had mandrian oriental towels twice ! The lotion and shampoo in the room complimentary was half used. I can’t give credit to the place other than the view which was beautiful and the ocean was amazing, and the location is great close to the marina! However the other things ruined it for us as we booked for 6 people and we got 5 people bedroom in which goes to the point of travel agency I complained about earlier denying that! Cigdem the manager who we can’t deny did her best of best to make things easier for us and tried to fix things unfortunately couldn’t because of how bad everything else was. She’s excellent in her job and helpful try to do the impossible possible but the staff and the facilities around her doesn’t help. We were upgraded to another apartment which we we’re happy and thought finally let’s enjoy the rest of our holiday but mistakes didn’t stop. Two bathrooms had smells so we couldn’t use one room. Another room ac didn’t work so another gone and ended up again with 3 rooms. There was no wifi and most rooms no network! The pool didn’t work in the 5 days we stayed in it because the maintenance guy decided to close it since he states the pool leaks on the neighbors I know cigdem pushed him to fix it but at the end he seems like his decision was not to and we paid for pool villa which we never used the pool. Back to mixing towels different colors, we had a towel yesterday with someone’s name in it clearly a resident kept it before and staff decided to reuse it for the new residence! And should we say we paid for deep cleaning everyday and where should we start off with it’s how unclean they were. One time bedsheets we’re not made, another there was a full cover missing, another 3 pillows gone. I am confused how is This rated as 5 star it has the potential to do much better. I do however have state two people have tried to make things easier cigdem and Ibrahim who were always on call. Ibrahim made sure we were fed well. So thank you both. Other than that we are happy to have left. Just remembered a few more items now that we left. One we did a birthday cake and balloons for my son they told us cost of them was 250$ on my last day I asked the cake shop for the price of the exact cake it was 42$ so balloons in bodrum cost 208$ or what we never received an invoice for that!? Two we booked two villas as we left we were asked for today 600 additional euro for room cleaning yes cleaning in roots is by money unlike 5 star resorts and my brother who did the same Villa was asked for 300$ how is that possible please explain?!
