Fuda Hotel has a truly beautiful view and location, offering a peaceful atmosphere. However, my overall experience was far from professional. Upon arrival, the owner, Berk, greeted me shirtless and in a very informal manner, which made me feel uncomfortable from the very beginning.

There was a private area in the lobby reserved for the owner's family, where they were eating and watching TV. Each time I passed through, I felt like an intruder rather than a welcomed guest.

The most disappointing part was hearing comments like “you get service if you have money” during my check-out, which reflected a purely transactional and unempathetic attitude toward hospitality.

While the hotel has great physical potential, its service quality, guest relations, and overall professionalism need serious improvement. I hope this feedback encourages the management to reflect on their approach, and helps future guests make an...

bizde yorumlara ve konumuna bakarak burayi sectik. konum gercekten harika,deniz goren odalari cok guzel bir manzaraya sahip. otel bir aile oteli ve cok salas bir yaklasim ile yonetiliyor. Berk bey (otelin sahibi veya yoneticisi) , cok kibar ve gayet ilgili , olaylara hakim birisi, cok tesekkurler hersey icin . Cengiz bey ( plaj bolumu sorumlusu) gayet ilgili ve bilgili. bunlar pozitif yanlari, negatif yanlari ve neden 3 yildiz verdigime gelirsek, mesele mentalitede malesefki, cok salas ve nasi olsa gelen gelir gelmeyen gelmez mantigi ile yonetiliyor . kac ay oncesinden oda ayirtmamiza ragmen sirf deniz goren bir oda verildi diye odanin bakimi hic yapilmamis,bu oda muhtemelen bayadir boyle ama musteri pek onemsenmiyor(onemsenmeme sebebimiz sadece bu degil , yazacagim) . banyo gayet buyuk ama cok yanlis dizayn edilmis,klozet kosede ve duvara donuk bakiyor🤦‍♂️ en zayif insan bile zor sigiyor, dusa kabine gir cik yaparken gayet zayif birisi bile surekli zorlaniyor, cok basit bir tadilat ile 2-3 gunde basit rakamlara cozulecek birseyi ve ekstra cok iyi donus yapilcak bir durumu , neden elinin tersi ile itiyorlar bilmiorum. oda olayi kisaca sans meselesi. biz 9 numarada kaldik, 7 numara cok iyiymis mesela onu ogrendik :) datca gibi bi yerde boyle bi isletmeye hic yakismadi. kahvalti herkese acik , ucret karsiligi ama otel musterisinin hicbir artisi yok, siz musteri olarak otele 6-8-10 bin lira veirosunuz ama sabah kahvaltiya gelip 350 tl veren birisi en guzel yere oturup saatlerce kalkmayabiliyor,siz bitmesine 15-20 dk kala kahvaltiya iniyorsunuz, kiyida kosede guneste kalan yere oturmak zorunda kaliyorsunuz . plaj kismida ayni sekilde, alan dar, dar alana belkide biraz daha zorlasalar sezlonglarin uzerine basip saga sola gideriz diye dusunup bikactane daha sezlong koyabilirlermis. bildiginiz her noktaya sezlong koymuslar ve ic icesiniz. hadi onuda gectim yine otel musterisinin hicbir artisi yok, disardan gelip 1000 lira karsiligi plaji kullanabilior insanlar ve kalite okadar dusukki , cengiz bey cok ilgili ama gelenlerle bildiginiz kanka moduna gecip herturlu muhabbeti donduruyorlar, oraya dinlenmeye gelmis olan insanlari dusunen kimse yok! rahatsiz ediyormuyum, bu insanlar otel musterisi 8-10 bin lira para veriyor, biraz onlari dusunelim hic yok, gelenlerin sigara kokulari , herturlu sacma sapan hareketleri cabasi , sadece o an orda 3-5 bin lira kazanmak icin 1000 takla atiliyor! birde 1000 lira karsiligi okadar rakamla ne isterse yiyip icebiliyor, neden otelde kalasinizki ? gidin ucuzdan bu yer kiralayin uzak taraflarda, gelin kisi basi 1350 liraya tum gun kahvalti + oglen + aksam yemegi + plaj hizmetinden yararlanabilirsiniz + muthis hizmet alirsiniz . bunlarin disinda merkezin tam gobeginde, heryere cok yakin, ferah biryer , araba park etme...

So close to the private beach area and that is the only pleasing thing about this so-called hotel. The food (except for breakfast) is horrible, I mean, literally horrible. How can you fail to make a simple grilled cheese sandwich (called tost in Turkish) , it takes a great talent to mess this up. The management (the young couple) look like they are vacationing there themselves. They play horrible loud Turkish pop music the whole day so if you want to take a nap during the hottest hours just forget about it. The sunbeds on the beach are worn out and you have to actually go up to the patio of the hotel to find a waitstaff to order something to the beach. (beware order only drinks not food :)).
