Reception / Guest Relation: I would like to make speacial thanks to Cansu, Tarik and Can. They really gave kind, welcoming and caring service. They individually assisted me for different requests and were always smiling and helpful. They made everything easy and smooth, for example, assistance with booking extra nights, changing money and writing directions to certain areas for local taxi to take me and bring me back.
Breakfast and Service staff: Again excellent The variety of breakfast choices were good and fresh. Service staff were wonderful and were kind and smiling. Special thanks to Mert Can, Jusuf and the other names i didnt catch, though all were friendly and professional.
Room Attendants Thank you ladies ! Very clean rooms and wonderfully kind & thorough.
Management: I want to give a special thankyou to Manager Erman. This man is an excellent leader. During my 1 week stay, i observed his attentiveness to his staff, guests and facilities. His management style exemplary and shines a bright light to the staff and guests.

Read moreOne of the worst "four star" hotels we have ever stayed in. At least please don't stay in the room 523. Why? That's why:
wifi reception dies out when you travel from the door to your bed! sofa with blood droppings on it! useless window staring down at a wall of trash and construction leftovers. mini fridge filled with total "emptiness" stained shower tiles not cleaned in a while electric kettle with a broken lid and seldom cleaned base. We had to reach inside and clean it ourselves for warm water for our baby we had an outbound flight late in the afternoon and these guys showed almost zero flexibility to accommodate us. the commode's water supply system non functional and last but not least absolute terrible location, no attractions nearby, and the airport is far away as well.
In short, absolute sh*t value for your money. Will recommend it to my enemies! :-)

Read moreI have never experience prejudice behavior so severe as I experienced at this hotel it was horrible the people point blank look at you in a nasty hate filled way. They don’t help you, don’t service you & every time you have to communicate with them it’s not a good. Especially the restaurant people I was treated disgustingly. I was subjected to constant nasty looks, they don’t do anything for you like they did for there non black customers. I was not offered juice or greeted from no one. The experienced here was horrible and I would never ever go back there again and if you are American especially a black American do not go to the hotel. The only person at that hotel who showed me kindness was the hotel cleaning lady. Her name is marva. They ruined my trip to Istanbul and will never be back.
