The rooms here are decent, the people who work here are nice, but there are too many overarching problems here, when I say run, I mean RUN! I got stuck in the elevator with no electricity! I am claustrophobic and this was a nightmare experience The A/C here kept turning off due to "issues with the government electricity" yet the reason I got stuck in the elevator was there was black smoke coming from the AC vents, so the hotel purposely cut the power to all high power equipment, including their guests in the elevator. There were some kind of tiny bugs in our first one bedroom room we stayed in, we only stayed here because coming from the airport it was the only available room on short notice. The larger room was decent and honestly didn't have any major issues. The hallways and lobby smell badly of cigarette smoke. This make me very sick with a post-nasal drip and sinus issues for 3 days after I checked out. I requested a refund but since they had no power I had to wait hours to have my money refunded to my card, and the hotel refused to refund cash since I paid card, even though it meant I had to wait hours due to their power issues. Also the lighting in the lobby is eeary along with the grey coloring makes it looks like a jail. I tried to "upgrade" to the suite, it had multiple issues, including a broken mirror, broken window for the viranda, the door for the viranda doesn't close, loose electric wires next to the plugs, and when I brought this up to management, they said this was how the room is and they refused to fix anything or provide any sort of discount for the room. This place is cheap for a reason. Run

I recently stayed here for 3 nights, it was everything I wanted, polite staff, decent size room which without me asking upgraded to a family room, the room was clean and smelt fresh, bathroom was clean. The best thing was my little tea bar, which I enjoyed, it is a couple minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, everything on your door step. I have stayed in 5 star hotels @ a cost of £80-£200, but unfortunately the noise from closing of doors or noise from the outside is unavoidable so I always carry earplugs which give me a quiet good night of sleep. I would definitely recommend and stay at again.

Well I can complain much, at the end I didn't pay much.. In short I wouldn't say its a 4 star hotel at all but its not bad! Really basic, as in very basic.. But its clean.. which is really nice and makes you able to stay.. As well hospitality is good.. especially the night shift guys of this week (cant remember their names unfortunately).. very welcoming and helpful.. Apart from that, cant say much, if you are on a super tight budget maybe you can choose this hotel, otherwise better option are definitely available.. Thanks a lot..

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I’ve traveled to over 20 countries in my life. I booked the hotel for 14 days, and from the moment I arrived, everything was a complete disaster.

The receptionist barely spoke English—she only knew a few words, which made communicating nearly impossible. She gave me a room that was much worse than the one I booked and tried to convince me it was "good," but it was terrible. The balcony door didn’t close, so cold wind was blowing into the room all the time. The furniture was old and broken, and there was dust everywhere. To make it worse, the bed sheets were cut and looked disgusting. It felt like they hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in ages.

The Wi-Fi was so slow that it was unusable. I had to rely on my eSIM for the entire 14 days, paying extra for internet just so I could work. On top of that, when it rained, there was a loud, constant metal clanging noise coming from the balcony that kept me up all night. The room was not soundproof at all, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Guests were yelling, laughing, and talking loudly at 5 or 6 a.m. It was impossible to sleep or relax.

The toilet was disgusting because the water from the shower didn’t drain properly—it just stayed there. There was no fridge in the room either, so all my drinks and food went bad after just one night. I can’t believe a hotel wouldn’t even provide a fridge—it’s the bare minimum!

The cleaning service was a joke; they only cleaned my room twice in 14 days. On top of all that, the receptionist constantly harassed my friend, who came to work with me for a few hours each day. Even though I explained that she was my friend and had permission to visit, the receptionist kept asking her, "Where are you going?" and made her feel so uncomfortable. She even took her ID and added her to my room, but still kept questioning her every time she arrived.

And then the final insult: at the end of my stay, the receptionist charged me an extra 2000 TL for my friend, even though she only stayed with me for a few hours a day and never slept there. When I asked why this wasn’t mentioned earlier, the receptionist just said, "I didn’t check before, but I checked now." That’s completely ridiculous!

There was no hospitality, no kindness, no smiles—nothing. This hotel was a nightmare. Dusty rooms, cut sheets, no fridge, no sleep, and terrible service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, not just in Istanbul, but anywhere...

At the reception staff was not proffesional, they would not even stand when guest would enter, the put up the sign 9.3 on booking ( which is fake).||||2. The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! The door did not seem secure whatsoever.||||3. Oh and let’s not forget about the nasty and dirty carpet in the hallway. The mildew smell and humidity in the air.||||4. No Towels in the bathroom had to ask 3 times and write on WhatsApp and they would still not bring it!||||5. I paid for breakfast including and they never served, said we are renovating the kitchen but i never saw any working team, or workers renovating, when asked why they are not providing any breakfast they said” talk to managers “ - but I stayed there for 5 night ( as it was not refundable) but never saw or could not talk to manager!||||6. Window was not closing properly, beds where so hard, that the entire body would hurt in the morning, felt like sleeping in the floor all night!||||7. No parking, No fridge, no closet, just hanger to hang things on!||||8. Staff was unprofessional, they would not bother to care about any of our complaints, my room was not cleaned 3 days and they would not bother event to justify!||||9. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. The one staff was respectful but all hotel staff are the reason for the poor hygiene of the rooms.
