I had a great night at Medusa Bar last night listening and dancing to Maryanne and the faithful band from kalkan and its environs. the bar reminded me this bar on the edge of town in rapid city South Dakota where you see only a fe w locals during the weeknights and the place is packed on the weekends with live music and dancing. the scene is like that here as well with a nice assortment of the big and small street dogs also roaming around the dance floor. The feeling you get at Medusa Camping even in the winter time is one of home - so warm and cozy.

We hid there from rain and were treated like family members. I made pancakes for everyone, in return was offered local goodness like yoghurt, honey.

This place has a special corner in my heart and sweet, sweet memories will be with me, every time I wear the campsites T-shirt 💛

WARM SHOWER even on a cloudy day which is a very rare thing on Lycian way!

Nothing was a problem - we did laundry, even got a hairdryer.

Medusa Camping in Patara is strategically located to get the best of your stay. You can visit the archeological site of the ancient city you can also easily reach the beautiful 8 km long beach, or take a bus to explore the surrounding area.
