Beautiful hotel grounds that have the perfect blend between modern and historic. LOTS of places to sit and relax. Very friendly hosts, and friendly atmosphere which makes it easy to connect with other guests. The included breakfast was delicious, and the orange juice was from oranges picked from the trees out back and squeezed seconds before you drink it. The rooms are a little small, but that makes it easier to spend more time at the pool, in the outdoor cafe, at the ottoman living room, or exploring the small and quaint village about 200m away.

Can’t rate this hotel highly enough, if you’re looking for a small, family run, down to earth yet really welcoming and friendly hotel this is for you. The hotel is beautiful and charming. Anne Louise and Muzzafer have a wealth of knowledge on the local area and are so helpful (including rescuing us when we got lost on the Lycian way!!). It’s a gem of a place and I’m sure we will be back.

We stayed here a week in June 2023. The location above the village of Gelemis was beautiful. Anne-Louise and Muzafer were the great hosts providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is included. We hope to come back again soon.

We stayed at the Bademli apartments that are owned by the Viewpoint Hotel. WE had a one week stay in apartment Eric (Plum) before moving onto Kalkan for a further two weeks.||Initial booking of the apartment was flawless, Muzaffer and Anne-Louise always responded promptly to my emails and questions. We also booked transfers to and from Dalaman airport through Muzaffer. ||We were met at Dalaman by our transfer and taken to the apartments that are set on the hillside just above Patara village. There are four apartments set beside a swimming pool, we had booked apartment Erik, which is a one bedroomed apartment on the first floor. This apartment was lovely and comfortable, it is well equipped with everything you need for a week or more stay. There is plenty of crockery etc., a dish washer, oven, hob, and a washing machine, and fridge/freezer. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and there is nothing that I can point to or suggest that could make this apartment any better. All rooms were light and had plenty of space, the doublebed being really comfortable. The pool and gardens are lovely, both shade and areas to sit in the sun. The grounds are kept clean and tidy by a lovely lady; and I do apologies that I cannot remember her name. There are four apartments in total and they all have lovely views over the quiet countryside from the balcony or ground floor sitting area. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a short downhill walk to the village.||Most days Muzaffer or Anne-Louise would call in to check all was OK which of course it was. On the rare occasion that we contacted them by text they always responded promptly.||We attended the Turkish buffet evening at the hotel and this was a lovely way to spend an evening sampling the food at the hotel.||For information the two first floor apartments are one bedroomed, and I believe that the two ground floor apartments are two bedroomed. There is also a nice rooftop terrace to enjoy an evening drink should you wish to venture beyond your large balcony; the terrace is shared by all the apartments.||I would highly recommend staying at these apartments if you are looking for peace and quiet, in perfectly appointed accommodation. Muzaffer and Anne-Louise are always contactable, and were really nice and helpful at all stages of out stay.||I am so pleased that I booked this accommodation and would be more than happy to go...

The location is superb. On top of a hill overlooking Patara with views towards the sea. The beach and archaeology site are a short drive away and are a special attraction with no development on the beach (it's a turtle reserve).||||The rooms are comfortable and very clean - they are cleaned daily and fresh linen and towels provided regularly. Each has a balcony and ensuite shower room. They have great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There are two ottoman seating areas to relax and get to know fellow guests. We have made many strong friendships there over a drink or game of cards. ||||The breakfast is delicious and healthy with fresh produce from the local area. Lunch is available and there are two evenings when local food is provided. The rest of the time we enjoy walking down to the village to try different restaurants.||||The pool area is a favourite. It's a quiet area with comfortable sun loungers, a well maintained and clean pool and shade if needed. Mint, apple and Turkish tea is served by the pool at 3.30pm every day... A lovely treat. And the bar is well stocked! ||||Muzzafer and Ann-Louise are perfect hosts. Their whole focus is on ensuring guests are well taken care of and that they have what they need. We have learned a lot about the history of the region from the many trips that Muzzafer organises and which he personally guides. He has a great sense of humour and has shared family stories and shown us many places of interest. We have even seen him dancing in his traditional costume! Ann-Louise is excellent with timely and friendly communication and making recommendations and bookings for whatever you need...over the years that has included dinner reservations, spa bookings, birthday cakes, medical needs, special events and a one-night romantic getaway in a shepherd's hut! Together, they are a great team and are dedicated to ensuring you have the best holiday... That's why we keep...

Jemand von uns hatte im Kamin Holz nachgelegt, worauf Muzaffer wütend in die Lounge kam und uns aggressiv anschnauzte: "You are not allowed to put any wood into the chimney and you stopp with this immediatley it's too dangerous!". 23.45 Uhr kam er erneut zu uns und schickte uns ins Bett: "You have to go to bed now it's already later than 23.30 Uhr". Ich antwortete darauf "Come on, Muzaffer, we don't disturb anyone and the last time someone told me to go to bed was, when I was 16 years old and now I am 41 and this is absolultley inappropriate". Seine Antwort lautete: "That's my Hotel and you have to obey the rules. Surplus you are on Holiday and you can choose where you want to stay, You can go right now". Im Dorf fragte man mich immer: "Hey Katja, how is life in your prison or do you have the key meanwhile?" Muzaffer sagte: „You are smoking, that’s not allowed on the balcony”. Anstatt mir dies später an der Rezeption mitzuteilen, musste er mir demonstrieren: Big Brother is watching you. ||||Der staff (v.a.
