For the second year in a row, my friend and I came to Le Jardin with our daughters for vacation. The hotel is great, and the price matches the quality. We like that most of the guests are from Europe.||The beach and sea are beautiful. There are big tents that give good shade, and a pier where kids can jump into the water.||The rooms are not big, but they are cozy and comfortable. If you want quiet, ask for a room in the buildings further from the pool. We stayed in the second building with a balcony facing the courtyard — it was lovely, but you can hear the music from the pool in the evening.||There is a big choice of food. Not all dishes are tasty, but you will always find something good to eat. There is always meat, fish, a special dish of the day, lots of vegetables and fruit.||This year, at the beach restaurant, lunch is from a menu — mostly fast food and salads with sauces already added. Last year, there was a buffet with hot dishes, vegetables and fruits. I liked that more — please bring it back.||We were surprised to see mosquitoes this year. Maybe it’s because of the weather or the hotel didn’t do prevention. Sometimes we got bitten, which didn’t happen last year.||About the gozleme near the beach — last year, they were made by a very kind woman, and they were always tasty. This year, a different woman makes them. She is not friendly, and her gozleme are overcooked and not tasty. It felt like you came to her house and asked for food. But when a man prepared them (only a few times), there was always a line — everyone knew it would be delicious.||The coffee corner is probably my favorite place in the hotel. Good coffee is not easy to find in Turkish hotels, but here it is! From 9 to 11 PM, with cozy tables and chairs. Thanks to the barista guy who works in the afternoon — your coffee and kindness are the best.||In general, the hotel staff is very good — thanks to the girls at reception and the bartenders at the pool bar.||Special thanks to the animation team! Best of the best! It’s nice to see people who work here not for the first year. Kids’ animators Olena, Maddie, and Dee — greetings from our girls! Liza and Youci — I don’t know where you find so much energy for the whole day, but even just watching you makes us smile! Thank you for the good mood and fun dancing at the disco :)||In the evenings, there are shows that are really interesting.||There are cats everywhere in the hotel — and we love it! If you don’t like cats, maybe this place is not for you. But we enjoy it a lot.||I wish Queens Park Le Jardin more success and truly hope to...
Read moreI can't say our stay at the hotel was fully enjoyable, as there were a few major disadvantages.
The hotel is Russian-oriented. The staff speaks Russian and mostly their knowledge of English is poor, which is a problem.
The staff at the reception isn't very helpful, moreover, the man whose name starts with D. can't be called polite. On our departure we were told a day earlier that we will get a lunchbox. When we were leaving the hotel the man at the reception desk told us that we are not obliged to be given a lunchbox. We left the hotel hungry with a 12-hour trip ahead of us. Is this an appropriate way to treat your guests?
Moreover, it was quite cold at the hotel during our stay (the beginning of May, the nights were chilly - 11°C). The air conditioning with heating at the hotel isn't working. Why? We weren't given the answer.
We asked for a kettle and we were told to give a 10€ deposit, which is a bit ridiculous, taking into consideration that the kettle was leaking. We asked for another kettle and the other one was leaking too and eventually we gave up.
Moreover, no WiFi connection in rooms is a thing that I find hard to comment. You can connect to the Internet near the reception only, if you want anything more than that - you need to pay. This left me speechless.
The waiters at the restaurant aren't very caring, also if you don't speak Russian you will have trouble to communicate with them. Often the cutlery is missing and the coffee machine lacks coffee. The microwave was also breaking down every other day.
From the advantages - the hotel is beautifully located, with a view of the mountains, by the beach. The green area around the hotel is enjoyable. It's not far from a street with shops.
The food at the restaurant is not bad, there's a variety, so everyone can find something edible. Some dishes are outstanding like handmade pasta, pizza and other baked stuff while other are a misunderstanding, eg. half-raw eggs in yoghurt.
The small café is a great idea with really tasty cups of coffee being served.
There are lots of sunbeds at the beach so it's not a problem to find a free one.
All in all, the hotel itself and the staff aren't five...
Read moreA Wonderful Holiday Experience!
We had an unforgettable week-long holiday thanks to the hotel's amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort. The hotel is well-designed for everyone, whether with children or not. Children's entertainment areas and adult activities are well-spaced, allowing both children and adults to enjoy their own private spaces.
The mini disco, mini club, and children's pool are perfect for children, while the amphitheater, dance floor, and club offer entertaining options for adults. The rooms are very functional, and with plenty of lockers, they're easy to get to.
In addition to the main pool, there's also an aqua park and children's pools. The hotel's seaside location and the Blue Flag beach were a big plus for us; we preferred the sea most of the time. Sunbathing on the beach or in the shade of the trees was a distinct pleasure. With food and beverage options conveniently located throughout, you don't have to travel far for anything. Easy access to beverages, in particular, significantly enhances the comfort of your holiday.
The food was delicious. Meat products, rice pilaf, moist cake, and ice cream were among our favorites. The extensive menus, which change daily, offer both variety and satisfy every palate. The a la carte restaurants also add to the enjoyment. I can say there's never enough time to try everything during your vacation.
The guest profile was balanced and pleasant. Tourists from France, Poland, and Russia predominantly came from France. The atmosphere is generally quiet, but there are also lively areas for those looking for entertainment. You can read a book in the quiet areas or simply gaze at the sky.
The entertainment team is friendly and welcoming, but not pushy. There's also a wide range of seaside activities on offer: parachute, jetcar, jetski, and Ringo. Since we didn't use the spa, I can't comment on it, but they do offer a wide variety of massage options.
In terms of value for money, it was definitely a great experience. We're already looking forward to...
