By far the most comfortable, reliable and trustworthy studio flat in Izmir! Very happy with all the facilities although the fire door type entrance was a bit of a surprise. No problems at all though. The owner is so so lovely and was able to help us with last minute bookings and storage of our tour bikes and all our gear. The flats are well designed so you are not sleeping in the kitchen like most typical studios and all have quality bathroom fixtures with lush rainshower feature. This apartment was perfect for my needs and was in a great location. The kitchen included all essentials and also a washing machine and dish washer. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The location was good and all amenities are within walking distance, as well the park, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Easy to reach public transport. The reception staff were present and available 24/7, and they are all super helpful (especially Ugur). I’d stay here again...

The reception guy was nice. The room was dirty (we found traces of fecal matter in the toilet and used tissues behind the cushions). The shower didn't work, and the wifi is super weak. We stayed one floor above the office where the router was, and it wasn't enough to reach my computer or cellphone. I couldn't even text. The place is a bit far away from the center. Basic needs aren't covered. I don't recommend staying...
