My husband and I had a wonderful 10 night stay at Otto Palace for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The hotel is in a quiet resort and is approximately 300m from the lovely beach and is so quiet and peaceful, surrounded by hills.||||The hotel itself is a small boutique hotel with 12 absolutely immaculate newly renovated rooms and spotlessly clean beds and bathrooms. ||||On arrival, we were shown to our beautiful room overlooking the pool and were greeted with towel swan sculptures and rose petals scattered on the bed, there was a chilled bottle of peche in the fridge and platters of fresh & dried fruit, nuts and sweets which was very welcome after a long journey and a really nice touch.||||Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are provided each day and the maid works non-stop to keep everything looking spick and span.||||The pool and dining area are always kept clean and the pool isn't too heavily chlorinated which my skin and hair were happy about.||||The hosts Hulya and Ismail were wonderful and took us out on day trips, to restaurants, shopping and arranged excursions for us. We can recommend the boat trip to Sulu Ada Island, paragliding from the mountain behind the hotel and a traditional Turkish Hamam.||||Hulya has carefully hand-selected her staff; Tarik and Beslan who are polite, good fun and very attentive without being too in-you-face. Lokum the dog is also part of the Otto Palace family and is incredibly cute and well behaved.||||As a usual visitor to the Caribbean and not one to visit the same place twice, we would have no hesitation in returning to beautiful Adrasan and Otto Palace.||||Thank you Hulya, Ismail and all at Otto Palace. ...
Read moreWe have stayed there for 4 days as a couple. The room was very comfortable and sitting by the pool or in the porch or garden was really relaxing. You can enjoy good meal and drinks if you feel like staying at the hotel after a sea-day.||The only "not so perfect" aspect of the hotel was, it is around 400 metres away from seaside and the restaurants. If you happen to arrive there without a car, the distance (which seems normal) can be a torture with all the baggage and the high temperature. But Hotel's manager was kind enough to drive us to the bus location after we checked out.||Adrasan is a protected site, high buiding are not allowed. So, most of the hotels you'll find won't be so comfortable because they are basicly a few compartments gathered in a garden with a common area serving as breakfast or dinner point. ||But Otto Palace has proffessional yet warm management, and the building was renewed just recently. It's a better choice if...
Read moreListed as 5 star hotel (including website) it's not what you expect. You get a 3 star family hotel experience. Including the family using the hotel facilities as their living room and private swimming pool. Rooms are good but do not expect a television or minibar. Do not expect expect daily housekeeping, it's every 3rd day that the staff (only 1 person during my stay) will visit your room for making the bed and cleaning. It's located in an area (together with other hotels) where the roads are not developed yet. On the seaside there are restaurants/bars located, but do not expect a lot. Beside a few mini markets there are no shops. The beach is simple but ok, boat trips are available. The sea is (if course) clean. If you want action during your stay than look further, if you want peace and quiet than this...
