Although the staff was very friendly and helpful. Like Nejla en Deniz hanım. ||Unfortunately we won’t come again and we didn’t stay longer than 3 nights.||The food was okay but the restaurant was too small, crowded, hot and the ceiling is not high enough. |The first day there was meat but the köfte was still pink inside we couldn’t finish it. On the second day we had delicious et sote I realllyyy enjoyed that dish but I wish the et kavurma would be served the nezt day because kn the thirs day there was no meat. Only Turkey and chicken.|||We didn’t like the room and building, we wanted a view to the sea but it was not nice at all.|It felt like this building was not made for a 5 star hotel. I got lost a couple of times the places are not clear.||The hotel is also placed remotely from the centre, no hiking trails.|Also no Aquapark just two slides that are open for only a couple of hours a day.||The beds were clean and very soft and comfortable. With a lot of room in the closets.|But the water in the shower reached the toilet and the sink. The entire floor and bathmat in the bathroom became very wet every time we showered. To avoid this we had to put towels below against the glass.||Not enough food next to the women’s only pool. My daughter wanted some pizza (she didn’t eat the pasta with sauce) but there was no pizza left.||Some women prefered to stay there ar the small café instead of showering and getting dressed in order to eat lunch elsewhere.||We made some friends and we didn’t like the fact that they payed way more money than we did. They also didn’t receive an apology or compensation when the pool was closed due to some hygienic reasons. |I am happy we went there later when the poolwater was renewed.||My husband really liked the mixed hookah (Nargile karşımı hazırlayan gence tebrikler)! |His mom in the spa was also very friendly and heplful!||The spa was okay but the hair dresser really messed up my hair. After 2 weeks I am still upset because it is too short and ruined.||For children the pools and entertainment was okay but not great we prefered a kids club in the evening like in some other hotels (Antalya).|It was already closed every time we went there. |The mini disco/ entertainment in the evening for children was nice but the music was just too loud!!!||I don’t think it’s necessary to play the music that loud for children as it can damage the ears!!!||Sorry your staff, bed and food is okay but we...
Read moreI’ve been staying in this resort for the last few days. Although it’s far from the airport, we chose it because of its halal atmosphere. There is no alcohol on the property and everyone is dressed modestly, which is amazing for a Muslim family.
The rooms, all bathrooms, pools, buffet and cafe areas are all clean and they stay that way, because they are cleaned very regularly.
The food is honestly amazing, very flavourful, good selection in the buffets and always kept hot. There are so many dishes for kids and picky eaters as well - pasta and chips are served everyday. The pool and beach side snacks are plenty, and you can drink as much water, juices, tea and coffee as you wish. It really is an all inclusive holiday, perfect if you want peace of mind and you don’t want to spend any more money.
The pools are big, and in the ladies only area the pools are also warm. If you are a woman I would highly recommend you check out the ladies complex as soon as you arrive so you know what it’s like.
I’m surprised there aren’t many tourists, 99.9% of the guests are Turkish. It could be due to the time of year or the fact that it’s a non-alcoholic property. Regardless however, everyone is polite and the staff try to communicate with us as best as they could.
The only criticisms I have are: the water decreases and turns cold around 6pm - I believe due to everyone showering as it’s close to the time the pools close and the dinner buffet opens. we selected a sea view room but technically you can only view the sea if you step on to the balcony and look to your right.
Other than that, everything...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rizon Beach Hotel in Antalya, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and my enjoyment only grew throughout my stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible animation team at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of their activities and their presence made each day so much more fun and engaging. They were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to remember guests by name, which added a wonderfully personal touch to the experience. It really felt like they gave their full attention to ensuring everyone had a great time.
I would especially like to highlight Gulbeyaz and Deniz. Their enthusiasm and dedication were outstanding. They entertained my family and me every day, particularly with the daily swimming activities at the women's pool like volleyball and the spoon-finding game. Their energy and friendliness truly made our stay unforgettable. I can't thank them enough for making our time at the hotel so enjoyable.
Additionally, a huge thank you to everyone else who contributed to our wonderful experience, including the housekeeping staff. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, and their hard work did not go unnoticed.
Overall, my stay at Rizon Beach Hotel was fantastic, and I am grateful for the exceptional service provided by the staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for making our vacation...
