I would like to share my full experience at this hotel. My intention is not to harm the reputation of the property but rather to provide constructive feedback, because the hotel is indeed very special and has great potential, yet it requires serious improvements in several areas.

1 – Booking Issue: When booking online, it was very clear that children are considered “children” up to 17 years old, according to international booking systems (especially in Germany and many other countries). The children’s ages were entered during the reservation, and the booking was officially confirmed by the hotel. However, upon arrival, the hotel suddenly decided that a 13-year-old is not considered a child. This is not my responsibility, since the hotel itself confirmed the booking with the information provided.

Regarding the 19-year-old case, this is completely incorrect. The booking clearly included a room for three adults, and the hotel later admitted and apologized for this mistake. The only dispute was regarding the 13-year-old child.

In addition, we faced another unnecessary issue upon check-in regarding the voucher. The hotel insisted it was invalid, despite our agency confirming that the code was correct. After three hours, the hotel finally admitted it was valid. This gave the impression that the hotel was deliberately creating problems without reason. Afterwards came the age dispute, and we were forced to pay an extra €600. Only after strong objections and mentioning legal action were we partially refunded €150, while being told to claim the remaining amount from the agency. We believe this was nothing but a trick, and everything is fully documented.

One of my family members posted a detailed review about this on Google, but unfortunately the hotel’s response was unprofessional, stating they had “the right to sue.” We welcome that, as everything is documented and we are confident about who is right.

2 – Location & Rooms: • The location of the hotel is excellent. • The rooms are generally clean, but some are located underground near the waste disposal area, causing unpleasant smells. • In one room, the shower did not work. • We were also given a room designed for disabled guests despite booking a standard room. All of these issues are documented with photos and videos.

3 – Food: • As many other guests have mentioned, the food is not fresh and is often reused the next day with minor changes in presentation or flavor. • Very few dishes are available, and rice is served daily. • Desserts look nice but have no taste, and they are the same every day. • Some fruits were old or unappealing (such as bananas). • Overall, the buffet is very poor. • The only positive aspect regarding food is the drinks, which were excellent and varied.

4 – Service: • Most staff do not speak English, and when you try, they answer in Turkish instead. • The service quality overall is weak and requires serious improvement.

5 – Facilities: • The swimming pools are clean and very nice. • The sea is beautiful and clean, but it is full of stones and has no sand at all, which makes it uncomfortable to swim.

Conclusion: This hotel urgently needs restructuring in several areas: • Proper staff training and improved service quality. • Better food quality and a wider variety of dishes. • Addressing room maintenance and facility issues.

I want to stress again that my review is not meant to damage the hotel’s reputation. On the contrary, I believe this hotel has great potential because of its excellent location and beautiful setting. However, the current problems seriously harm its image.

I sincerely hope that hotel management takes my feedback into consideration, responds with transparency and facts, and does not deny or misrepresent the situation. Everything I mentioned is...

A nice stay that I don't want to repeat.

We stayed in this hotel from 8 to 14 August in an economy room. In general, everything was good, the hotel is beautiful and new, the interior is impressive. But there were moments that greatly influenced the overall impression of the hotel.

Hotel. Everything is great. Beautiful interior. There is not much infrastructure nearby, but it was not very important for us. For shopping, we went to Nova Mall, called a taxi at the reception, which arrived quickly. Of the obvious disadvantages - three elevators are not enough for the nine floors of the hotel. It's good that we were on the third floor, we just walked, sports :)

Room. We were in the economy room 1318 on the third floor. We liked it. It is small, but beautiful and cozy. There was enough room for two. It was a bit noisy due to the vents under the balcony and the view was of a fairly close neighbor hotel but we weren't bothered by that.

Beach. There were almost always free sunbeds (unlike the pool, you really need to borrow in advance there). The entrance to the sea is a large pebble. It is impossible without special slippers, we had to buy it right at the hotel, they cost about 15 dollars per pair. We liked the sea, on the last day there were cool big waves. Cold currents from the river did not strain, on the contrary it was good and refreshing. No mosquitoes, no stench from the river, as someone had written before.

Food, bars. The food is delicious, although not very varied. There was always fish, chicken, meat, sweets and fruits. Sometimes there were various interesting extras for dinner, but for example, there were no fish days with shrimps and so on. But in general, everything that was served, was delicious.

Service and cleaning. Here, unfortunately, a very fat minus to the hotel. As soon as we checked in, we found tufts of hair and dust on the bed and pillows. It was very unpleasant. We took photos, went to the reception, asked to give us another room. The employees were worried about the photos, but there were no free rooms. They said that within an hour everything would be removed. Unfortunately, when we returned an hour later, we did not find much change. Yes, they did something, but we found hair again under the covers. We decided not to spoil our mood further, we just cleaned it ourselves and that's it. The rest of the days, the cleaning was generally ok, although bed linens were never changed )) We turned a blind eye to this. However, on the last day, the cleaning staff managed to dissapoint us the most. We left tips on the table in the morning and went to the sea. We returned in the afternoon, the door to the room was open, there was no one inside, as well as tips were gone. But they didn’t do any cleaning - the bed was turned upside down (not like we left), the towels weren’t changed. The only thing was they took out the trash and that's it. We went to the reception immediately to show the manager this situation. The manager reacted to the problem very adequately, immediately passed the information to someone, apologized and said that they would find out who cleaned the room. As an apology they gave us a free late check out. But in general, it was very unpleasant situation for us lasting from the very first day. Also about the service. On the first day of rest, they told the hotel guide that we did not have bathrobes in the room. He passed the information to the reception, but of course no bathrobes were ever brought to our room :)) Of the good things about the service - delicious hookahs and cool hookah staff. Thank you guys very much!

Outcome. I do not recommend this hotel, because of very poor cleaning and service. Will not go to this...

Nice hotel, nice view, nice sea September 2024 I had a nice vacation overall, but there are some elements that will help others to make the right decision: the hotel provides body and face towels and slippers but no robes in the hotel room. shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner and body oil, in small bottles, so if you have long hair, it's a bit difficult to wash your hair. we stayed on the side facing the sea, and facing the neighboring hotel - the windows do not insulate very well and the music and shows are quite loud. so if you are sensitive to sleep, it is a bit difficult to rest at noon or earlier in the evening than 12.00. the TV is set to the Turkish/Russian language. any channel you could find was dubbed in Turkish or Russian. the only channel in English was bbc news. the cleanliness chapter can be improved. during the stay (7 nights) they didn't change our linen at all (we had no expectations about this anyway, as we didn't change the bed linen at home more than once a week). but, for cleaning - changed towels and vacuumed and wiped the floor + supplied with shower gel - they came in only once and then at our request once more. I realized that the hotel was full and it was a bit difficult to manage all the elements. But, for us it was not a problem definitively, we are not pretentious like that. the food was great. and the most demanding of us find good food. the staff at the restaurant, very careful, they collected and washed on the floor, clearing the tables quickly. especially during peak hours, many people, and many children, but the staff coped brilliantly. from my point of view, the beach is a minus - there is sand in the area of the sunbeds, but as soon as you want to enter the water, there are gravel and...stones. you need special slippers (you can buy them from the bazaar inside the hotel or from the bazaar across the road - 10-12 euros), but if you have them, it's good to put them in your luggage. the entrance to the water is quite steep, in 2 meters from the shore, you reach a depth of 1.5 m. you have to be very careful. But, clean and warm water, clean beach make you forget for a while about stones. some employees expect tips, so......everyone does as they see fit. we hardly understood each other in English. They are a little bad at speaking English, but we managed somehow to understand each other. 10..the hammam was..magical. the whole experience of a massage and wrapping in foam and washing and the whole process is very interesting and pleasant. it's totally worth it. The stay was pleasant, beautiful, with all...
