All in all I would avoid this hotel at all costs don’t take the the bad reviews as a joke this place is seriously dangerous especially for kids and disabled people, music blaring till 6am causing major issues for those who like to pray , ill treated animals riddling the place and causing rashes unlike the wild ones on the road which are much cleaner and safer, staff who mock you for your culture/religion/age/style/looks, most of the staff are two faced and are basically illiterate even though they work in accommodation which in my opinion is ridiculous and say you are the problem for not understanding which we tried our upmost hardest to do. So upon arrival it seemed all well till we realised the water was cold and the air con didn’t work, after asking about microwaves/toasters I’d been told it would be extra money which is very clearly a money making scheme (I’ve been to worse hotels with better hospitality). The food is okay but what’s the point when you get charged for a microwave. After 3 days one of the hotel staff told us that breakfast wasn’t included despite paying extra for breakfast. Not only did he tell us we couldn’t have breakfast but he told us we’d be charged for the week even though we’d eaten 2 days of breakfast. In terms of housekeeping, the cleaners do a great job with the lack of equipment they are provided with by the company but there is no privacy when they come in as they must be instructed to get a second key and walk into the room if a person doesn’t open up after a few knocks as I woke up wearing practically nothing due to the heat to be greeted by the familiar face of one of the cleaners you see working what seems like 25/8 shifts, also if you tell them you don’t need it for the day like I mistakingly did they’ll completely avoid your room for multiple days to the point where I had to wait around and end up asking them if I could get my room cleaned to which there response was a bunch of moaning and groaning so I ended up helping them clean my room. Furthermore the so called ‘excursions’ that they offered to book us in for were triple the price and can be bought elsewhere for a fraction of the price from street vendors. Checking out of this hotel is an absolute nightmare experience, me and my family spoke to the reception and told us it was OUR FAULT for not looking even though we’d checked the information and attempted to charge us £20. He then continued to disrespect us about our religion and called us ‘uneducated’ all before proceeding to kick us out the hotel many hours before our flight with hundreds of kilos of bags with not as much as even a help pushing the up the steep slopes and steps but rather slamming a door in all of our faces. There’s very little positives to this place and isn’t worth your time and money even considering...
Read more5 Stars – Feels Like Our Second Home||This was our third stay at Melissa Garden Apartments just this year, and it's safe to say we’ll keep coming back. The hotel has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive.||We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. As always, the housekeeping team did an excellent job—every day the room was spotless, and we loved the creative towel arrangements on the beds. The only minor issue was with the bathroom: it really could use some shelves or storage, as we had nowhere to put our toiletries other than in the shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the bidet in the toilet didn’t work properly when actually sitting on it, which kind of defeats the purpose. Not a huge deal, but something that could definitely be improved.||At the start of our stay, the food was a little underwhelming, but once the chef changed, the quality improved significantly. I especially enjoyed the Bolognese, Carbonara, and lamb chops, while my son couldn’t get enough of the chicken tenders and chicken burger. The cocktails were delicious, and the entertainment was fun as always—largely thanks to the amazing staff.||Every staff member brings something special to the experience. We missed Yaz, but Alfie and Ahmet were their usual fantastic selves—friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Mustafa and Musti always have a smile and such contagious enthusiasm. Muhammed, though a little overly confident at times, is truly great at what he does and has a kind heart. His brother, Aziz (apologies if that’s not spelled right!), is incredibly hardworking—constantly moving, helping, and a real asset to the team.||A big shoutout to Josef behind the bar for his delicious drinks, and to Emir (aka Bob) for the best strawberry milkshakes—and his tray-spinning skills are something to see! Mert is also always around fixing things and helping everyone—he works so hard and deserves recognition.||The new kitchen team seems promising, and we hope they keep improving. Rojhat stood out in the evenings as a hard and helpful worker.||Finally, a massive thank you to Mau and Dennis for creating such a special place. You always do your best to accommodate us, and it never goes unnoticed. You’ve built more than a hotel—you’ve built a community and a second home for so many of your guests.||Can’t wait to...

Only 2 teaspoons. As is often the case, you need to pay extra if you want to use the room's safe. Doors were closed by slamming them, which woke others up in the early hours. All rooms are smoking, so you can smell smoke on the beds when you arrive. Staff smoked in the restaurant and reception - The complex was accessed by a ginnel that led past reception, so you would smell of smoke as if you had walked through smokers standing outside pub doorways. No staff attended the bar at the 2nd pool. Though you can leave your suitcases in reception, it is often un-manned.
Other: We had a few problems (fridge with broken innards and freezer full of ice, leaking sink, etc.), but these were sorted relatively quickly once reported. There seemed to be some uncomfortable half-boarders who expected a full English breakfast - Melissa Garden's restaurant charged them 5 euros for a rasher of bacon. There were no plugs in the sink. We questioned this and were told that wasting water wasn't a concern in Antalya. We used a pan as a sink.
