This place is an absolute disgrace to the word “hotel.” I’ve traveled plenty, and I’ve never in my life experienced such sheer rudeness, unprofessionalism, and outright disrespect as I did at Passabay Hotel. If you’re considering booking here, let me save you the pain: don’t.
The staff here are not only rude, they’re hostile. From check-in onward, every interaction felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by existing. Rolling eyes, snapping responses, dismissive attitudes – it’s like they go through staff training on how to treat guests with contempt. Asking a simple question about Wi-Fi or towels turned into a battle. Instead of helping, they barked back sarcastic, unhelpful answers. Housekeeping basically acted like doing their jobs was beneath them.
But the worst, most shocking moment came after we had already been there for FIVE days. Out of nowhere, they locked us out of our room because we didn’t have their cheap little wristband on – as if suddenly, after nearly a week of staying there, we weren’t paying guests. No warning, no courtesy, nothing but arrogance. Imagine being treated like a trespasser in the hotel you PAID to stay in. Absolutely ridiculous.
And it gets even worse. I witnessed them treat a Black boy in our group with obvious discrimination – singling him out, questioning him in a way they didn’t do with anyone else, and giving him an extra hard time about that same wristband nonsense. The double standards were glaring and disgusting. In 2025, for a hotel to behave like that is beyond unacceptable. It’s shameful.
At breakfast, staff made it painfully obvious they didn’t want guests around – slamming dishes, scowling at anyone who dared ask for something, and generally creating the most unwelcoming atmosphere possible. Not a smile, not a kind word, just attitude. The whole stay was one long reminder that they don’t care about their guests at all.
Passabay Hotel is not just a bad hotel – it’s a place where rudeness, incompetence, and discrimination are standard practice. They lock guests out of their rooms, treat paying customers like garbage, and show zero respect for basic decency.
Do yourself a favor: take your money literally anywhere else. This place is a complete embarrassment to hospitality, and I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreMyself, my wife and my daughter currently have the pleasure of staying at Pasa Bey Hotel in Turkey, and I can confidently say it is an exceptional experience from start to finish. As an all-inclusive resort, it truly delivers on every front – comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere.
Firstly, the location is absolutely ideal. Just a short walk from the marina and the Grand Bazaar, you’re perfectly placed to explore the charm and vibrancy of the local area. Whether you're up for shopping, a stroll by the water, or simply soaking up the culture, everything is conveniently close.
The food is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Whether you’re craving local Turkish flavours or international options, every meal iss fresh, well-prepared, and plentiful. The all-inclusive setup makes it effortless to relax and enjoy each dining experience without a second thought.
What truly sets Pasa Bey apart, though, is the staff. The front of house team were are, professional, and always ready to help with a smile – nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention for maintaining such high standards throughout the hotel; our room is spotless every day and the communal areas are kept immaculate.
The bar staff are another highlight. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely engaging, they make the evenings especially enjoyable. Always up for a chat and quick to remember your favourite drink, their service adds a personal touch that makes the experience all the more special.
A very special thank you must go to Chico, the incredible entertainment manager. Chico is a true asset to the hotel – full of energy, charm, and creativity. He works tirelessly to ensure guests of all ages were entertained, from poolside games to evening shows. Most impressively, he takes the time to greet every guest personally and makes sure everyone feels included and welcome. His presence truly brings the hotel to life.
In summary, Pasa Bey Hotel is a brilliant choice for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Turkey. This is our second time staying here and we are already looking to book for next year – a true testament to how special...
Read moreThis was our second stay at this hotel. My husband and I first visited in July on an all-inclusive package, and we were so impressed by the hospitality that we decided to return just two months later in September with our two adult daughters. That’s how much we love this place. I prefer hotels with classic, solid architecture rather than flashy but cheaply built new ones, so I especially liked the atmosphere here. As for the food, I truly enjoyed the Turkish flavors. Of course, if someone expects nothing but chips, baked beans, sausage and bacon, or mac 'n' cheese every day, then perhaps this hotel (or even Turkey itself!) might not be the right choice. ||What impressed us the most was the hospitality of every staff member. From the entertainment team (Chico!) to the restaurant and bar staff, the reception, the gym and spa, the poolside shop, the barber, the nail salon staff, housekeeping, and even the technical staff—everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. We truly appreciated their warm and professional service. In addition to the wonderful staff, we also enjoyed many warm and pleasant conversations with other guests, which made our stay even more memorable.||While our overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of minor disappointments not related to the hotel staff. Some of the external tour promotions at the reception did not match the actual content of the tours. In addition, as a Japanese woman, I was saddened to experience a racist remark from a British male guest (judging from his accent) by the pool. These, however, were entirely outside the hotel’s responsibility and do not affect our high opinion of the property itself.||All in all, this hotel gave us a truly wonderful experience. The four of us enjoyed a relaxing and joyful time here. We are already planning to return next year—this place has become our home...
