The stay was really wonderful. The room arrangement and cleanliness were excellent, breakfast was very delicious, and the view was amazing. I believe the hotel has one of the best and most beautiful locations in Midyat. Only one small thing bothered me at check-in: when I wanted to pay part of the remaining amount by credit card, I was asked to pay an extra 500 TL as a card commission. I travel to Turkey frequently, and I have never experienced this practice in any hotel. Eventually, the issue was resolved, but honestly it left me with an unpleasant impression. Séjour exceptionnel au Hercai Otel avec ma femme et nos deux enfants. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur, sourire et attention. Le personnel à l’entrée est tout simplement exceptionnel : toujours disponible, à l’écoute, répondant à tous les besoins avec une efficacité et une gentillesse remarquables. La chambre était splendide : spacieuse, décorée avec goût, d’une propreté irréprochable et équipée comme dans un palace. La nourriture sur place est excellente, avec de savoureux plats locaux (yöresel yemek) préparés avec soin. L’hôtel dispose également d’une belle bijouterie proposant colliers, bagues et bijoux en argent. Côté sécurité, tout est pensé : caméras de surveillance, entrée filtrée et parking privé sous caméra. Gerçekten paranızla rezil olacağın bir yer. Oda da sıcak su imkanı malesef yok. Askeriyede bile sıcak su max 10 dakikada bölüğe gelirken burada sabaha kadar sıcak su beklesekte malesef soğuğa yakın bir su geldi. Kral dairesi ve jakuzi içler açısı derecede kötü. Tek konumu iyi başka da hiçbirşeyi yok. Oda içi temizliği hiç yapılmamış. Yedek bırakılan tekstillerdeki saç kıllarını keşke görmeseydim.
