I will write my honest experience with this place. We were 5 people who lived here for 2 weeks.
♧Position: The place was not far or to close too popular location. If you took taxi it would take you 10 min to Isstanbul baazar, Grand baazar. 10 min to Lära beach 11 min to Arena beach(recommended if you want privacy and fresher beach but only prob it will kost you) 15 min to antalya baazar(kaleci)
But if you walk depending on your pace it could easily become x2 or x3 times longer. For us we were there when it were 42 °c and got heat stroke every 4 min when we wanted to walk.
♤ The room: It was okay, it looked modern and it had everything you need like kitchen utilities, iron board, iron, washing machine, AC, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner and etc.
But don't have drinking water, cleaning supply or washing powder for clothes.( so it good to prepare som before or buy some there nearby)
◇ The negative things about this place: The cleaning! We stayed there for 2 weeks and the place become easily very dirty, and when we wanted to clean there were no cleaning supply in the apartment so we went down to the reception. And they said that every 2-3 day comes a cleaning lady that would clean for us and would put us in prio list for the next day because she had a lot to do that day. We waited the next day and she came, we went out and when we came back she had cleaned about 75 % of the apartment, she had change the sheets and overal cleaned except the floor, she had poorly sweeped the floor, where there were hair and sand everywhere. Made on feel sick. So we went down again and they apologised and would send here to redo. But it never happend... so we asked for cleaning supplies after a while to clean, but they didn't have many thing except for a brush and spray. We had to make do with that. But it was a bad experience, make one feel that you should not live there for a long time because the place hygiene.
♡ The positive things about this place: THE SERVICE, hats of for that, the people in the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful, they were available 24/7 and would always smile. If you are there and have Baran karaogli Zorbey Dal
You are in luck they are gold worth, always kind and helpful, They helped us alot, and made us feel welcome! A raise for them, best service ever!
Mehmet Can Yavus, were also helpful and would help us with some question and help us with problem where we had to call the bank.
Overall I give this place a 3.5 - 4 /5
The cleaning service drags down the rating BUT the service really takes it up and made living there worth it. And the price was reasonable for the...
English: Hello I booked my stay at Brandhill Apart Hotel from 7-15 July and wrote a review on it through expedia, but never see that it was published.. do you know why? therefore I write here: We stayed a week at this accommodation, a family of 5, safe for the children, they even went to grocery stores nearby. And we are going to yours again when we go to Antalya. First of all, I have to praise the staff, they are there 24 hours, open the door before you call (can't remember waiting 2 seconds), they are cheerful, helpful and service-oriented who try to find a solution for everything you need. , almost everything is new, and everything you need for your stay is available, but we missed a vacuum cleaner to get rid of everyday dust, that's why we rated 4 stars for cleaning, we had to borrow a broom and shovel every day, but they took care of the final cleaning , so it was a relief, must mention here that the bathroom floor becomes a little extra slippery when it gets water. The airport is not far away (17 minutes by car), so you can hear the planes when they take off, we had absolutely no problem with that. We highly recommend renting this place. Playgrounds are nearby, well-known waterfalls in Antalya were about 8-10 minutes by car, the same with beaches and about 22 minutes by car to the old town, we rented a car, so unfortunately we had not tested public transport but the buses buzz everywhere, we paid 500 dollars less at this accommodation compared to the equivalent ( cheap ) and you have the feeling that you are the first to...
Read moreA lot of noise during the day and during the night. Most of the noise comes from the reception area, which just shows that the staff doesn’t respect the guests. (Even at night there’s a lot of noise coming from the reception area.) The reception doesn’t let the guests of guests in, to even sit in the reception area which is absurd. (An acquaintance of ours was forced outside and wasn’t allowed to wait in the reception area.) A lot of light comes into the hotel rooms from outside, and since the walls are thin, a lot of noise...
