I to give 0 , we had a bad experience in this Hotel. The two guys name Mr. Eser and Mr. Surcan. When we arrived in the hotel we made a check in Mr. Eser who attended us very kind always smiling while he was filling the form he keep saying that my name is nice name . On top of the desk there were catalogs for tour I asked Mr. Eser that if they are organizing tours he said that yes. I said to him that maybe you can arrange for a city tour he said yes as our guest we always make some discount. Ok we will arrange later because I have to go out first to have a dinner. When come back Mr. Eser offered me and my wife a couple of tea. While me and my drinking a tea . He showed us a catalog which of the program we wanted, we chose a city tour, he said ok for a city tour for you is 200euros for 2 persons. He told us that better to talk also to Mr. Surcan he can explain the itinerary. So I spoke Mr. Surcan telling that me and my wife want city tour for that day. Mr. Surcan asked Mr. Eser in their language I asked Mr. Surcan how much the city tour he said 200€||I gave 200€ to Mr. Surcan he received the money without any invoice. So went to the city tour the following day. During our tour we had a lunch with the group. While we’re eating the German couple in our table I asked them how much they paid the city tour the couple said 35€ each person. To be sure I asked also to our tourist guide, she said what? 200€ you paid is too much. Tell them to give you back the excess money they are cheating you. The tour guide said if Mr. Surcan refuse , call the police, is shameful what they did. When we came back to the hotel . A woman with black uniform in the reception telling her that I want to talk the manager,she said the manager is in day off but he will be here at 9:00 pm. Ok fine I said. So at 9:00 pm me and my wife went down to the reception, I saw Mr. Surcan only Mr. Eser wasn’t there anymore. I spoke to Mr. Surcan about the price of the city is not worth 200 euros only 35euros each person. He just smiled 😡I told him give me back the excess money I paid , he refused to gave back the money. I said to him I will call a police, he said very arrogance…ok call the police. So I called the police. Two police officers came i spoke them telling that I was cheated Mr. Surcan refused to return back the excess money I paid . The police officer invited me and my wife to go with police station to make a statement.when we came back to the hotel Mr. Surcan wanted to talk to us apologizing of his behavior, he’s willing to return the money I said Mr. Surcan just give me back the excess money. ||The following day , before breakfast the woman with a black uniform spoke to me that she will help us the only help she can do is giving me only 100 euros in fact should be 130euros . I accepted the 100 euros better than nothing. So those who read my comments beware of these 2 guys if you stay Elips Royal hotel never book a tour with them. Better book...
