Good comments - beautiful hotel, nice big pool (but water is freezing) clean, really nice large rooms with kitchenette and living space. However no pans are provided so you cant use the stove. Was given a free room upgrade too with 2nd floor and balcony. Food from restaurant menu is delicious and cheap. Bad comments - no bottled water provided in rooms apart from 1st day - even asked reception for water and the receptionist told us to buy it from the market which is 10 minutes away. Same limited buffet breakfast every single day, had to pay extra if we want fried eggs or omelette however scrambled eggs are included in the buffet. We stayed for 9 days here and was sick of the breakfast by the 4th day in. Booked a transfer from airport with the hotel via email about a week before we arrived. They said that's fine and took my flight details and ensured we would be collected from the airport. They told me it would cost 150 lira (even though the airport is only 11 minutes away, 9km) however I agreed as I didnt have any other options at the time. Upon our arrival the driver had forgot to collect us and we had to get a random taxi driver to call our hotel and find out where our driver was. We waited over 30 minutes for the guy to come, in what looked like his pyjamas. Majority of staff do not know how to speak English at all. It is very difficult to communicate with them. You can just about ask them to call you a taxi. I asked them some questions about what restaurants or hamams are good nearby but they were unable to help. Just ended up googling it all. Only 1 guy in reception has good english, don't know his name though. The Restaurant staff only tend to the needs of the owner and his family, they wait for them on hand and foot however paying customers can't even get a glass of water or a menu without asking for it. Location is in the middle of nowhere, out the way from the main city centre and any Restaurants or shops. You have to travel about 10 minutes by car to Lara which has the nearest restaurants/shops. There is a migros supermarket about a 10 minute walk away if you need some essentials. To get to old town kaleici it takes 25 - 30 mins - cost us about 120 - 150 lira one way. The hotel is advertised as a beachfront Hotel however it is a 30 minute walk away (as per Google maps) but they do offer a free ride from the hotel which takes 5-7 minutes. Closest beach for this hotel is Larena beach. Dont be fooled by the pictures and adverts as they are thoroughly misleading. I visit antalya annually and the lack of service here was the worst. Its not even peak period in November, the hotel has been quiet throughout our whole stay. Although the room is a nice place to sleep, good service goes the extra mile. Seems like you can only recieve good service if you are related to the owner. If you're only staying for a couple of nights, it may be satisfactory but don't make the mistake of staying here for more than 3 nights as you will be better off staying in city centre or in a resort on lara beach.

We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kids from India, and booked 3 rooms. We requested for late checkout for couple of hours and the hotel went in circles before saying no. Person (lady) at the reception in the morning shift was absolutely helpless, Anil from night shift was superb. While the hotel kept on saying they are full, I don’t think all the guests were occupying their rooms at sharp 2pm. In and out flight from Antalya airport only lands late, so technically they could have gone a little extra mile and accommodated us. But we just couldn’t understand why was the resistance. With the kid, they should have shown a little empathy which was completely missing. Positive- Rooms looks good in pictures and are clean, but from a practical point of view very inconvenient to use. Bathroom is downstairs, bed is upstairs. We had to practically go up and down quite a few times in a day Negative - Very basic cold breakfast. Absolutely no hot options for vegetarians. This hotel is not that great for family Beach shuttle starts at 9.30am, and trust me it become very sunny. If you want to go before, like we did, then no shuttle service. You have to take a cab which would be 600rs one way Only 2 small water bottle given on arrival day, no water given post that. Apparently they don’t give free bottles every day, like all other hotels in Turkey do. Location is quite far from old town, folks who are living for 2/3 days, I would suggest avoid living here since the cabs are very expensive to travel to old town (one way cost around 700/800 lira which is ~1500 rs for every trip) I am attaching the photos of the room, you can take decision accordingly. When we were staying, we checked with other guests also about how they feel staying there, couple of them were as unhappy as we were. Cheer!

Accommodation was according to the information on the internet. Fully met expectations. Clean new. Only the water pressure in the room + the constant change of water temperature was terrible. Cleaning every 2 days was fine. Only coffee and tea I would refill daily. And how much would it cost you to give e.g. 1.5l of water per day per room?? The best was the pool, a clean big pool. The only thing I didn't like was the prices of drinks/food in the restaurant. As this is a 3* apartment hotel, asking 8€ for a beer in a bottle that costs 1.7€ in the shop is extremely exorbitant. That's the price of a beer in Dubai on Palm Island in a 5* hotel. So I advise the management to think a little bit about ripping off tourists. For example, if the price was 4€, we would have it sooner and we wouldn't have to go to the shop. You are robbing yourselves. Yes, I understand that your currency is going down (25% in the last year), but don't expect tourists to pay for your economic problems. Turkey has become an expensive holiday destination.

Hi.|Returned here for the second part of my implant fitting at a local dentist.|The hotel is still lovely and most of the staff wonderful. |However the staff in the bar/bistro are unbelievably bad.|Breakfast is beyond terrible.||The restaurant closes at 15.00. So no drinks or snacks after that. The staff in the bistro/bar are really bad at dealing with customer. Every time I go to the bar someone seems to be having problems with the bar staff.|Example went for lunch at 12.20. Told no à la cart menu (ie menu with items such as chicken strips and spaghetti bolognaise on it).|Offered yogurt soup(really) and three other item where he could not explain what these were. Also he had no menu to present .||Here is the killer while I was speak to the bar member the kitchen lady was taking some sauce from an oven/steamer to pour over some pasta and gave it to a staff member.|Yet when I asked for spaghetti Bol it he said there was not any. So basically he lied to my face.|| I picked this hotel because it had a restraunt with room service. That is not the case after 15.00. I have spoke to other people receiving dental care and they feel the level of support in relation to food is just not here. |There is also no dessert menu. In the end I along with three other couples had to order take away food that was delivered to the hotel.|The bar person I dealt with was called Fucon. Why is he working here?| In my opion(43 years in the catering industry)I would shut this bistro and install a vending machine. It really is a waste of time having a bistro. Why have a chef when she is not cooking.|If I had been told there was no food after 15.00 I would have gone elsewhere.|The sad thing is the reception staff are lovely as are the cleaning and maintenance staff.|I had problems with my shower. A maintenance man appeared 20 minutes later and fixed it.I was impressed.|The hotel is clean and well maintained however the bistro is dragging your reputation down.|Thank you to all the staff who do NOT work...

I just got done spending 8 days here as I was getting dental work done at Smile Antalya, which is about a 5 minute drive from the suites. I was extremely pleased with my stay here and looked forward to every morning because their buffet was phenomenal. I LOVE a good Turkish breakfast and while you didn't get the amount of variety you would get staying at a resort, this was enough, and it was free!

For breakfast they had a wide variety of selections for bread as well as some Turkish pastries. Some filled with cheese and spinach, some sweeter ones filled with peanut butter or sesame paste. They had a wide selection of different kinds of cheeses, different kinds of olives. Lots of jams, spreads like Nutella, peanut butter, etc. Cereals and oatmeal, soup, whole eggs and scrambled eggs, Turkish sucuk (a type of dry sausage similar to Portuguese sausage). Tea, coffee, milk, etc. You could order food throughout the day from this restaurant as well! I had ordered their salmon with rice on my first night and it was very tasty and cooked well.

As for room service, they give you new towels, change the sheets, give you 2 water bottles and free coffee every 2 days, which I personally felt was enough!

The staff were all super friendly and called me a taxi whenever I needed it at reception.

As for location, it was perfect for me simply because I came here to get a full set of veneers/dental work at Smile Antalya, which was just a 5 minute drive from this hotel. I do believe you're 5 minutes from the beach. There's a small "shopping" center about 5 minutes away by taxi/car or a 30 minute walk. I walked A LOT and not once did I feel unsafe in this area.

The hotel itself is extremely well kept. The pool area, while closed this time of year, was always extremely clean. The restaurant was clean, the hallways leading to the rooms were spotless.

I would have to give the entirety of my experience here 5/5 and I would definitely...
