Perimasali Cave Hotel - Cappadocia — Hotel in Mustafapaşa Köyü

We were trying to come to Cappadocia almost 1 year. Due to Covid we had to postpone many times. So we had many chats and emails pre-arrival with the staff. We stayed in an excellent room. We had no single issue during our stay. Jacuzzi was working perfectly and fireplace was so easy to manage. Mr. Ferhan who was working in the evening, he helped us a lot. He doesn’t talk much but ready to help. Whenever we’re coming from outside he was ready at the gate in the late night. Also Ms. Selda was so great, they prepared a room for our honeymoon. Such a nice surprise. She was always asking if we need anything. Umut who was serving our breakfast every morning, he was so cute and gentleman. Unfortunately we couldn’t have balloons due to weather conditions but we didn’t feel bad because our hotel covered the missing points.. So if you’re about to make your mind to stay here, just go! Honestly this can be one of my best stay ever… The hotel is located in Mustafapasa village, it is so so quiet, there are couple of restaurants around and you can’t imagine how cheap they’re. What a remarkable place. The staff is amazingly friendly and the rooms are wonderful. We stayed in a suite and it came fully equipped with a beautiful sitting room, separate prayer room, beautiful bedroom, and a jacuzzi in the bathroom we used everyday. Breakfast is excellent and the views from the terrace are some of the best in town.

We came here for our honeymoon and our family asked them to do something for us and the staff didn't hold back. They brought champagne, chocolate cake, and decorated our suite with flowers. Everyone was nothing but kind and helpful for our entire stay.

FYI, Mustafapasa is a sleepy little village, but if you want something a little more out of the way, it's great and this is the best...

Yeni evli bir çift olarak büyük hayallerle geldiğimiz otelde tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Otelin kendi sitesinden, arkadaşımızla aynı anda aldığımız iki odaya farklı fiyat uygulandı. Farklı odalar olsa da sitedeki en uygun odayı seçmeye çalıştım. 8.000 TL’lik oda görünmüyordu. Bizden 12.000 TL, arkadaşımızdan ise 8.000 TL talep edilmiş. Daha sıcak ve hazır olan oda 8.000 TL idi. Rezervasyon notlarına yeni evli olduğumuzu belirttik. S* Bey bizi arayıp 'Odanızı süsleyeceğiz, her zaman bana ulaşabilirsiniz.' demesine rağmen odamız süslenmedi. Samimi tavırlarıyla bizi etkileyen s* Bey'in tüm sözleri boşa çıktı. Harmonia odasını seçmemize rağmen Lyke’ye yerleştirildik. Oda hazır değildi, havlular elimize tutuşturuldu. Isıtma çalışmıyordu, kişisel bakım ürünleri yoktu. Defalarca aramamıza rağmen s* Bey ilgilenmedi. Oda karanlıktı, telefon ve UFO çalışmıyordu. İzmir’den Nevşehir’e gelmemize rağmen çevre hakkında bilgi verilmedi. Işıklandırma öylesine yetersizdi ki, telefonlarımızı şarj edebilmek için ışıkları çıkarmak zorunda kaldık. Türk gecesinde ön sıra sözü verilmesine rağmen en arkada oturduk. S* Bey otelde olmasına rağmen bizden kaçtı. Kiraladığımız aracın lastiği patladı ve park halindeyken biri vurduğu için göçük oluştu. Bu nedenle ekstra 7.000 TL ödemek zorunda kaldık. Otele de 4.000 TL fazla ödedik. Üşüdük, karanlıkta kaldık, istediğimiz oda değildi, kahvaltı da kötüydü. Otelin konumu harabeler arasındaydı, manzarası yoktu. Arabamızın park halindeyken hasar görmüş olabileceğini düşünüyoruz ancak otel yetkilileri bu konuda da ilgisizdi.
