Worst customer service I have ever experienced. One of the restaurant staffs was very rude to us. He was very condescending and treated us rudely or maybe he was being racist against East Asians? Whatever the reason is, it is totally unacceptable.

It was around 9pm, we bought some beer and water from an outside vendor and drinking at the outside restaurant table. Of course, we know this is not right but at the time we didn’t think about the hotel policy as we were having a good time. We are sorry about that. But what happened afterward is the worst customer experience and I felt HUMILIATED in front of other customers.

The first word the staff said to us was “Did you buy beer and soda here? What are you doing? You bought beer and soda outside and then you are drinking here, do you see anything wrong here?” with an attitude. Excuse me, what is with this attitude and condescending behavior? We felt not only humiliated but also didn’t feel like apologizing for our behavior because of that rude attitude. Who is his superior and taught like that? The staff could have just told us nicely like “I know it is nice to drink outside but it is against hotel policy. Please do not drink outside drinks here.” And we would have nicely replied by saying “Sorry”. Since we felt humiliated and with that condescending attitude and behavior- none of us apologized. Who wants to apologize after acting like that? If that staff is unhappy with something, he should not be working at a hotel/restaurant.

Also, there are so many problems in the room and I saw a floor construction that is going under maintenance near the pool and didn't even bother to cover it up. Not safe at all, someone could have hurt their feet! Insane.

Be aware and it is best to avoid staying at this hotel. But if you do stay, just make sure the room is safe or not. Our 1st floor room window didn't even lock and it is a window that is big enough for someone to climb in. Too bad that I didn't catch the name of that problematic staff, however, he is easily recognizable as his rude attitude and snobbish behavior can be seen even miles away.

We are leaving this complaint so that nobody will need to go through this unacceptable behavior or this questionable hotel quality.

Half of the staff were quite rude. The hotel is basically empty - we had dinner and were literally the only ones there. And not once did they ask us if we want a drink or anything of the sort… Food was good 👍

The Spa was so ANNOYING the woman who seemed to be in charge didn’t want to accept card. Kept pushing us to pay cash - which we didnt have at hand even going as far as to give us a different price if we paid via cash. So forced to use one of the terrible atms nearby with 13% fees. She tried to scam us with the card price even though we then had the cash. And then used an absurd exchange rate +15% again… (the massage prices are in dollars but you have to pay in Lyra). Yemekleri vasattı çok az çeşit ve güzel şeyler yoktu hep aperatif yedik. otelde çay saati var 4-5 arası tabak hazırlıyorlar çay vs.çocuğumuz için yicek bişey var mı dedik çorba var olur mu dediler olur dedik çorbayı verdikten sonra adisyona yazıp oda numarasını sordular çorba parası ödedik otel çıkışı. masalara rezerve gibi şeyler yazmışlar saçma bir şekilde bence yanlış o müşteri ise bende müşteriyim otel konseptine uygun değil rezerve yazılması,personelleri müthiş ilgili,1.5 yaşında çocuğumuz var otel küçük bebekler İçin çok uygun değil kış ayı için havuz dan sıcak sudan çıktıktan sonra üşüyüp hasta olmasın diye elimizden geleni yaptık havlumuz vardı ama spa dan havlu istedik çocuğu dürüm gibi sarıp odaya gittik ,kapalı havuz var içerde normal açık havuzdan bir tık daha sıcak ben yüzmeyi sevdiğim için bana bi zararı olmadı,eşim tesettürlü ve masaj yaptırmak istedi,Aziz bey ve bir bayan daha vardı ona durumu anlattık çok güzel şekilde kapalı bir ortam da masaj kese köpüğünü yaptılar ve çok memnun kaldık,masaj kese köpük için hiç düşünmeden gidebilirsiniz,tesettürlü bayanlar içinde uygun,eee tatile gelmişsiniz biraz paraya kıyın masaj yaptırmadan otelden ayrılmayın derim.sırf masajından ve personelin ilgisinden dolayı 3 yıldız veriyorum.2 puanı da eksikler için...
