When we started searching about this hotel we found Negative comments that was actually misleading. First, the hotel review depends on the clients' expectations and trip plans. So we were looking for a hotel with a pool and slides (for a kid), hamam, not much expensive place for one night stay. If you have the same goal, continue reading... Slides and the open pool are clean, good. Hamam is fine. Though sauna doesn't work and thermal pool could be cleaner. Location: there is a Jet Migros just next to the hotel. Hierapolis 3-5 min by car. Room: 4 people room was spacious, clean, linen clean, view great. In the morning we watched air balloons from the balcony. Bathroom (as in many hotels happens) could be better. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it isn't able to cool that big space. An advice to guests: bring your Moscuito repellent or anything against them. Breakfast is fine, typical Staff is welcoming and nice I think if you are on the way to Pamukkale looking for something afordable with a pool this hotel is a good choice. Of course it has some drawbacks but in total it's fine.

Stayed here just for one night during our Ephesus/pamukkale trip. Common grounds are nice enough with clear pool and also hot mineral water pool, which is nice, dinner food was also pretty decent, breakfast was average. No free drinks with dinner not even water but I guess that could be arrangement between travel agency and accomodation so I don't really blame the hotel. What was not good was our room. Sheets were clear all right but that's just about it. Toilet seat was really old and yellowed and cleaning brush for toilet is so disgusting you wouldn't dare to touch it. Bath was dirty with dead fly in it. Furniture was old. I was searching for extra blankets, found them in the wardrobe, but it was reeking in there so I didn't use them. There was also non functional fridge in the wardrobe, dirty inside. Bathroom door couldn't be closed. If the hotel owner reads this...please do something about it! (Room number was 3111).

I am working in hospitality field so that I am going to review this hotel fairly. After reading all those nonsense reviews, I couldn’t make reservations. We drove all the way to the hotel and checked the room and the pools. Eventually we walked in. I only expect what I pay for. I checked the amenities they promised, breakfast was good for I paid for and the thermal pools were amazing that it was worth more than what I paid for! In the room AC is working! You can not expect 200$ room rate standards by paying only 30$ for 2 people!!!! People please stop being ridiculous and ask what you paid for… for those who is looking for a place to stay for a night and try high quality thermal pools and relaxing massage go ahead and book this hotel. Btw the hotel is not dirty just old and needs renovation. They just got over the Covid right? Rating awfully is not gonna help local businesses who is trying employ local workers!

So sorry.|I should have submitted this review weeks ago.|Well, we stayed at The Halici for the 2nd time, in May, and think it's only right to address a few comments I made last year.||Obviously, given the fact that we booked to go again, it tells you that we really enjoyed our stay last year, but I did comment on 'basic' rooms in 2024 - what a wonderful difference this year! Definitely NOT basic. ||We were given a really lovely room over looking the pool.|Absolutely spotless and a brand new mattress this year, which was so comfortable!|Lots more hangers in the wardrobe, lots of space for everything. |Beautiful bathroom with a big, walk in shower and a good, power shower. Lots of room for toiletries etc. 🚿||Rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed. Cleaning staff are lovely. ||Food... Beautiful dining area, excellent food every day, so many meals to choose from, huge variety to suit everyone. Not the 'warm up' bland food that lots of people experience when going all inclusive. |Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. 👍||Pool area is excellent. 2 swimming pools and the water slide.|More than enough sunbeds and parasols, staff that have really taken on board the issue of people unfairly reserving sunbeds and not using them. Well done team Halici! ☀️😎||Have to mention the wonderful guest manager, Maria!|Always around for help and advice. Such a lovely lady. 💕||Location is perfect, very short walk to the beach, all the shops and for catching the local dolmuses. 🚐||All in all, a fabulous hotel that I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to people. Thank you. ||Margaret and...

This hotel only survives because tour buses are booked into it. It is readily apparent from all aspects of your stay that the hotel management does not care about guest satisfaction – only profits. The room was dirty, especially the carpet. The smoke detector was disconnected. We had to use our own batteries to insert into the AC remote to turn on the AC. The toilet leaked the whole time. Taking a shower meant wrestling with the hose and water going everywhere. There was no shampoo, just a loose dispenser stuck in the shower area (didn’t even bother to attach to the wall). There was no WiFi in the room, only in the lobby. The pools were terribly dirty; numerous leaves on top and the water was opaque. The TV remote did not work, so we couldn’t watch it at all. There was only 1 outlet available for recharging in the room. There was no refrigerator or safe in our room. One couple in our group reported a theft from their room while we were at the...
