Pamukkale Ninova Thermal Spa & Hotel — Hotel in Pamukkale

Kindly avoid this hotel at any cost. This hotel should be the last choice, the staff here is extremely arrogant and abusive. Had extremely bad experience during my stay 2 weeks back. The house keeping staff kept insisting on tips from the moment you enter the plave and they pick your luggage to your rooms.

When I went to hotel reception to check for charging converter , first they refused to provide siting non availability reason and later they wanted to sell it for 25 liras, once i went to ask about the nearest shop to buy one.

Due to urgent situation I bought one from them and within 10 min I went back to return since it was not working. The reception staff started fighting with me and started abusing. When I asked them to call GM or senior person, even GM refused take down my complaint against his staff, he also started fighting and refusing to give back adapter and money. Once I said that I will put complaint in social media, they immediately returned back my money.

On the same day we went to restaurant for dinner and since the choices were not great in buffet and we asked for alacarte menu, they refused and started bargaining on providing dinner at 100 lira in cash to all(6 members) instead of buffet price of 50 liras pp.

So you can imagine the standard of this hotel and staff. This hotel does not even qualifies for 3 star. Nothing more than a lodge. The quality of their thermal pool was pathetic. Instead of that stay in a hotel with no thermal pool and go to Cleopatra pool which charges 50 lira but provide excellent service and...

For God sake, worst experience ever. Make us booked 2 rooms and Not informing us in advance there is a noisy party till midnight in front of our room! Cannot have any rest at all after long day travel ! Also toilet is so broke and wait for 4 hours to fix then can go toilet properly!

Even there are bad reviews left from last people who stay here! Where is hygiene! If you guys can understand Turkish, please check photos attached.

Overall is really sooooo bad experience, at least let us know there will be a big party here while we calling to book room! So we can change and get good rest and at same time, the party can have fun. Really Chaos of schedule and management!

Besides, there are no WiFi in this side of building where our room locating!

Hotel was ok. Food was alright, nothing special. Hotel spa was the worst experience of my life. I took a package with Turkish bath with massage and they hurt me badly, I have bruises all over my back even though I asked the woman to stop because she was hurting me, she wouldn't. I still can't lay down on my back. Also they make you pay with euros, and then they tried to give me change in dollars instead of euros. At the end he gave us Turkish liras. I don't recommend this...
