We went there as a group of 4 and booked 2 separate rooms. Firstly I would like to say that the staff were absolutely BRILLIANT, especially in the lobby and restaurant. A women named Tuğçe was assigned to us to assist us with anything we need and she was very good gave us all the information we needed and even more. The hotel itself is clean, definitely warm, modern, very easy access to slopes, the staff at the skiing section are very helpful with helping out to put the ski boots on, you also have a locker so you don’t have to carry everything with you. They have a spa that you could get facials and massages done aswell as a pool,sauna and hamam and they were all very clean. At night time you can spend time at the lobby where there is piano playing, a fireplace, they can give out games depending on your preference, they also had popcorn which was freshly made. The open buffet has different ranges of food and I would like to say that besides from breakfast, lunch and dinner they also had a “tea time hour” at the lobby where they gave out sandwiches and tea. The rooms are also warm, you have almost everything in the room from a coffee machine to couches that can turn into beds if needed to stay in the same room with kids and if you have any extra needs they are always a phone call away. What I have understood from this hotel is that for them customer satisfaction is very important so if you do have any type of concerns you can always let them know and I am sure that they would do everything they can do solve the problem. The slopes unlike other hotels are less busy which made our holiday even better as we could ski very comfortably, even if it doesn’t snow they have special machines that they use to make snow so the slopes do not get icy and is easier to ski. The ski teachers are very good our one that we booked taught us skiing very well and will definitely be coming here next season again! The only thing that could be better would be the wifi in the rooms which they said that only a few floors had that problem and they were working on making them stronger. Read moreThe main good thing about this hotel is its location. We went to this hotel as a group of 10 people, but it did not meet our expectations. I don’t think it was worth the price . First of all, when we arrived, they told us our full board meals starts from dinner, and lunch is included on our check out day. And I asked if we can use our lunch option on our first day instead of the last day. The guy was very annoyed and said it’s impossible, after I asked it few times, he went to his manager and finally approved. I don’t understand what is the difference to use our meal option on whatever day we want to use. They were not flexible. Rooms were old and small, and hotel in general was old , it needs renovation. Food in main restaurant was the best thing in the hotel, but the service there was poor. First of all , waiters expect you to tip, which I understand , but showing it too much and treating you according if you tip or not was very unprofessional. And the worst thing happened in this trip was, one of the waiter tried to bring us orange juice from someone else’s leftover on their table, and there was lipstick on it. He was too lazy to bring new one, so he did this. We told him immediately, because I saw him doing it, and then he changed it. They clearly write fake reviews, as they told us they are not even opening the hotel till the 23rd December.. so why has a lady written a review 10 days ago saying she stayed there and it was a good experience?😂 Secondly management never reply to your emails, and when they do the management have no manners, are unprofessional and are very rude. We had booked to stay there and the hotel cancelled our trip ONE WEEK BEFORE via WhatsApp with the message “i am contanticting with you about we changed the openning dates”. How is this acceptable? Extremely unprofessional with very bad spelling and a lack of apology clearly demonstrate how unsensitive and how un organised they are to their customers. Management go on to tell us that they have a new opening date. How is this helpful after we have paid for our flights and for the hotel?! I even emailed the management prior to this as I had concerns about there being a lack of snow and asked about the snow- incase the weather is no good. Management replied to me saying we would be able to ski regardless, as they have a snow machine. We are still waiting for our refund.
