Golden Key Kartalkaya — Local services in Seben

We’ve just had a 4 night stay at Golden Key Kartalkaya and we thoroughly enjoyed it. ||It is a small hotel, in comparison to other hotels in the area, but we thought it was a great advantage. It was peaceful and tranquil, even at busy times. Restaurant has a nice ambiance. In other hotels in the region, dining is generally about negotiating big crowds over the buffet spread. It was so different here, we had very pleasant breakfasts and dinners during our stay. ||The staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel in general and rooms were kept very clean. ||The hotel runs a very efficient shuttle. Ski passes are provided by the hotel for your stay, either for Kartal or Doruk slopes, which we thought was a great bonus! We used both, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the whole ski resort. ||I also want to mention a big positive for me: |My son - 11 years old-has peanut allergy. I had been to different ski resorts but this was the first in Kartalkaya. This place ıs a boutique hotel and it is the best in Kartalkaya. The reason I am saying this even I have not stayed in others in Kartalkaya as the other hotels are all old fashioned. Take a look at the pictures so you will decide|We spent two nights. What a disappointing experience we had from the moment we stepped into the hotel till the moment we left. Lack of quality in the restaurant and the food being unhygienic and with a boring taste, the lack of options (Salmon or Chicken), dry salad bar, rotten fruits...||Bolu is famous for its chefs and good quality of cooking but Golden Key is nowhere near it. ||The rooms need updating.
