Limapark Hotel — Hotel in Serdivan

Reception: not rude but also not helpful. We asked to change our room, they said no rooms available even though we checked on many websites and it was available. We didn’t continue our stay ( the room was full of ants ), we left 2 days earlier and they deducted the full amount. They didn’t even bother to ask us about the reason or if it was from their side.

Room: on the 3rd floor with balcony, ceiling of the room very low, not enough lighting in the room very dim, carpet so filthy, room and bathroom were full of ants, telephone not working, minibar not working ( when we asked to fix it, they fixed it next day ), bathroom old but clean, bed sheets clean and bed was comfy. WiFi very slow and poor, curtain felt down I had to fix it by myself coz it was night time.

Location: very good, in the middle of the city center, all services next to you; shops, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, …

Overall: very bad experience that costs me two days extra money not refunded. We DO NOT recommend this hotel. Staff not to be blamed but the owner. Last time owner replied on reviews was...

Our room on the end of the corridor had a sewers smell, not clean carpet all over the room with lots of dirty spots, no telephone in the room if I need any help I had to walk about 3 minutes to reach the reception. Missing bed blanket or cover when we asked for one, the hotel person brought one blanket missing the cover again. Pillow cover was dirty. Safe deposit was not working. Bathroom was not clean, toilet seat was broken and had lots of hair on the toilet, broken paper toilet holder on the floor, there was a living roach roaming , the Air condition was working great but we had to ask the reception to turn it on. The hotel breakfast is great A+. Hotel staff are very good they are trying their best to accommodate everyone needs. We had to spend the one night because the hotel was full. I stayed at this hotel on a business trip in October for 4 nights. We were recommended this hotel by the company we were working for so I took their advice. In short I found this hotel excellent and would return when we are next in Adapazari. ||||It is clean and tidy. Check in and out were easy, the staff spoke English which is good as I don’t speak Turkish. Wi-fi is FREE and the speed is acceptable, there is a shop located next door, therefore no need to use the minibar. ||||The Room was modern and cleaned daily, although the bathroom was a little on the small side. They are air conditioned/heated. ||||Breakfast is the usual Turkish/continental basis. Evening meals are good and cheap. I had a variety of dishes over my stay which where all good.
