IT IS HARD TO BEAT THE VALUE AND THE QUALITY THAT BELLIS VILLA AT BELLIS DELUXE HOTEL AND ITS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND GRACIOUS PERSONNEL PROVIDE TO THEIR GUESTS!||NOTE: THIS IS PART 2 (PARAGRAPHS 10 TO 15) OF OUR 2-PART REVIEW SINCE WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO POST THE FULL REVIEW BECAUSE OF TRIPADVISOR.COM SPACE LIMITATIONS. |SEE PART 1 (PARAGRAPHS 1 TO 9) WHICH WE POSTED IN DECEMBER 2024 SEPARATELY AT https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g7380333-d1452197-Reviews-Bellis_Deluxe_Hotel-Kadriye_Belek_Serik_District_Turkish_Mediterranean_Coast.html |WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE TO TRIP ADVISOR READERS NOT BEING ABLE TO READ OUR REVIEW FULLY IN ONE LOCATION. ||10. THE DRINKS. |From what I read, quite a few people complained about the quality of drinks at the main restaurant (and bars accessible to guests staying in the main building). |I did not try any drinks from the regular bars, including the Bellis Lounge bar in the main building and the beach bar, and therefore I cannot really comment about them. |However, I personally came to the bar at the main restaurant and saw the alcoholic drinks there. Yes, the choice is fairly limited there: 1 kind of any liquor (whiskey, vodka, etc.) which are not the most premium ones. |I do not know if they are Turkish or imported, the bottles are original, but I do not know about the content. |At the Begonvil restaurant and a la carte restaurants the choice and the quality of drinks gets better (for example, Absolut vodka compared to the Polish one, 12 year old Chivas whiskey compared to regular Ballentine’s, etc.). |At Diamond Lounge the choice and quality is even better (I think that they have 6 sorts of whiskey, for instance) and I am sure it is all original. |For me the weakest point at all of the restaurants was the quality of RED WINE which is always my drink of choice. House wine at the main restaurant was so so, and therefore I had to switch to other choices. |Red wine at all a la carte restaurants is an Italian one, fairly decent, but NOT anything to “write home about”. |My biggest disappointment was red wine at my favorite Diamond Lounge since the food and everything else there is excellent and in my opinion the red wine is THE ONLY serious “weak link” there. |It is NOT that the Diamond Lounge wines are terrible (for example, Diamond Lounge carries Chilean Frontera brand of Cabernet Sauvignon and this specific brand is usually good). |However, the Chilean Frontera brand of Cabernet Sauvignon I tried there was the weirdest one in my life: it was AS IF the wine was diluted with water! Of course, I am sure that this problem was NOT the restaurant’s doing – regardless, something was seriously wrong with the BATCH that Diamond Lounge had. Merlot was somewhat better, but still not on par with the excellent food quality, which is really my point: for a restaurant with such premium food options, the wine list needs and requires SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT. |We discussed this matter among ourselves and came to the conclusion that the wine situation might be of low priority for the hotel since the main clientele during high season (i.e., Russians) generally prefers hard liquor to wine. |Of course, this is just speculation on our group’s part. Regardless, I highly suggest that hotel management consider improving the wine offerings, at least at the hotel’s otherwise truly FIVE-STAR Diamond Lounge!||11. FITNESS CENTER, SPA, AND INDOOR POOL.|I am an avid workout person. I found the hotel gym to be very adequate - it is almost a professional level place and is quite spacious. |All of the basic weight machines, free weights, barbell station, pullup station, treadmills, etc. are present. Unless you are training for a Mr., Ms., or Mrs. Universe contest, you will do just fine working out at the Fitness Center. |It usually does NOT get crowded (however, I do not know what it is like during morning hours) - after 5 p.m. there were never more than 10-12 people there at once. Twice there were only 3-4 people there. ||In the SPA area there are 2 saunas (one hotter than the other), steam room, and hammam, plus 2 tranquil rest areas. |Saunas and hammam were good. We did not use the steam room much. We also did not use any spa services, so I cannot comment about them. |The spa can get really crowded after 5 p.m. when everyone leaves the beach. |Before 5 pm, for example, at 3 pm you can use the spa and feel as if you were almost all by yourself because it is usually so peaceful during this time. |After 5 pm the spa is still manageable, but there are lots of people, oftentimes with small children, and it can get a bit loud in the spa. |We tolerated the crowdedness OK, but I can imagine that some guests might get a bit agitated with crowds inside the spa after 5 pm and therefore visiting the Spa before 4 pm is highly recommended. |Overall, the spa is pretty good. |We want to note that we made the mistake of using our own slippers (that we had brought from home) in the Spa area and they were exceptionally slippery. |However, then we asked at the Spa front desk for the hotel slippers (which are the same ones that we had in our Villa) and they were NOT slippery. |Both the Fitness Center and Spa personnel are professional, polite, and helpful.|There is also a warm indoor pool which opens after October 20th.|My wife and I did not use the warm indoor pool, but other family members used it and liked it. ||12. HOTEL GROUNDS/POOLS/AQUAPARK/ZOO/ETC.|My wife and I spent our free time at the beach and did not use the pools or other outdoor facilities. |We read that some people complained about the water in the pools being cold – this is quite possibly the case since from what we understand the outdoor pools do not get heated until later. |Therefore, we recommend going to the beach where the water temperature in October is probably 27 degrees celsius (81 degrees Fahrenheit) which is very nice and the water is super clear and generally calm (there was some wind, mainly in the afternoon, but it did not produce big waves, except for 1 day). |We did not use the water slides, but my niece and her 12 year old son used them a lot and had a lot of fun doing so! |Hotel grounds are nicely maintained, and there are lots of trees of all kinds. |The hotel has a multipurpose sport court open for guests, and my 12-year-old great nephew used it for his SOCCER PRACTICE. |My wife and I visited the hotel’s ZOO, which is a fun spot for kids. |The zoo is shady, and the animals are in good condition, EXCEPT FOR THE HORSES.|The horses are bothered incessantly by flies (even though there were sticky fly strips in the stables) and simply do NOT look healthy while being kept in the stables (possibly they are not getting sufficient EXERCISE). |Hopefully we are wrong about the health and happiness of the horses - we tried to talk with an attendant about our impression of the horses that he and his colleagues are responsible for, but we ran into a language barrier even though he was friendly and tried hard to understand us.||13. PERSONNEL. |I state unequivocally that personnel is the hotel’s best asset. |The MANY personnel with whom we interacted were professional, helpful, and had a great attitude. |ALL of the servers/managers/kitchen personnel, etc. at DIAMOND LOUNGE were professional and excellent. |They were always graciously willing to accommodate guests’ requests to the extent possible, and we were EXTREMELY pleased with the level of service at Diamond Lounge. |This comment also includes all of the waiters who serve the beach cabanas because they are all part of Diamond Lounge personnel. |We intentionally decided not to name specific people because we were afraid that we would forget someone, and there are simply too many to name since we stayed for 11 nights and many people served us as a result. |Regardless, we want again to stress that every single person working at Diamond Lounge was SUPERB in fulfilling his or her duties. ||We had direct access to the GUEST RELATIONS DEPARTMENT via WhatsApp, and each and every request was handled promptly and professionally by guest relations personnel and we have only praise for them and how their daily help made our stay MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE. We had one minor problem at the hotel, which was OUR FAULT: my 12-year-old great nephew accidentally lost his special professional soccer ball which his dad had given to him! |We contacted the Guest Relations Department with the exact time and location of the accident and asked them to look at the hotel’s security cameras in that area, and within 2 hours his special professional soccer ball was found! |That kid was beyond happy – he was ECSTATIC about finding that special professional soccer ball that his precious dad had given him! |Another instance involved extending checkout hours since our flight was late at night. Although the hotel could not accommodate us staying at the villa beyond regular check out time (12 pm), the hotel provided us with a room in the main building for approx. 7 hours, which we really appreciated.||14. MINOR IMPROVEMENTS. Aside from suggestions elsewhere above (e.g., better floor cleaning, more consistent snacks renewal, and better wine list), we suggest that the hotel in the off season provide regular maintenance for the villas. |Although at least the villa we stayed at (# 6008) is in generally good condition, since it is an older building it needs some minor repairs: |Several electric outlets were loose and therefore could present a danger of shock; |one of the faucets in the main bathroom on the 2nd floor is faulty (the hot water does not run properly).|There may be similar issues in other villa rooms and bathrooms, and these two problems are quite easy to take care of.|However, we did NOT report these problems to the hotel during our stay (but we should have done so, so this is TOTALLY OUR FAULT), and we are sure that IF we had reported these problems they would have been taken care of IMMEDIATELY (HEMEN). |Resolving these problems is easy to accomplish and will improve the guests’ overall impression of the villas and make the guests want to return to Bellis Villa again and again, which we DEFINITELY want and plan to do!||15. FINAL ASSESSMENT. |I would say that for a party of 4 to 6 people Bellis Villa is an EXCELLENT CHOICE from the standpoint of overall value. |I seriously doubt that it is possible to get the same amount and level of benefits for the money elsewhere, even at higher-end hotels. |At other hotels, such a large party would need probably 3 average size rooms to be comfortable, and in terms of money in would end up costing at least the same (if not more) than booking a WONDERFUL VILLA at Bellis Deluxe. |In addition, if you book a Bellis villa, you get much more in benefits than when you book a regular hotel room at Bellis Deluxe or at any other hotel. |However, the calculus may get more complicated when the number of guests declines. |For example, I do not know how much it would cost to book a villa for 2 people, but since my wife is eager for JUST THE TWO OF US to go back to Bellis Villa in several months we may soon find out! |Regardless, if you want a highly personalized service, then Bellis Villa is DEFINITELY the way to go even for just 2 people, especially when the romantic element is much more intimate because there are only two people! ||THE BOTTOM LINE – WHEN TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION EVERYTHING, IT IS HARD TO BEAT THE VALUE AND THE QUALITY THAT BELLIS VILLA AT THE BELLIS DELUXE HOTEL AND ITS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND GRACIOUS PERSONNEL PROVIDE TO...

Turkey is one of our favourite holiday destinations and we often stay at Rixos hotels, where the quality standard is generally high. However, Bellis Deluxe in Belek managed to exceed our expectations.|From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel truly understands what families with children need. We were two families travelling from two different countries with little ones age 10 months and 4 years old. Both kids were able to enjoy all the facilities just as much as the adults—if not more! |There’s a real sense that children are genuinely welcomed here, not just accommodated.|The waterparks were a huge hit! Heated water made all the difference (we found 30°C much more enjoyable than the 27–28°C.)|No matter the weather, we were able to enjoy swimming and water fun every single day. The indoor pools, saunas, and hammam were fantastic, making the holiday completely weatherproof.|An unexpected and lovely surprise were the turtles walking around the grounds—our kids loved feeding them dandelions! The cats are treated here with care and respect, as is common in Turkey, but just a little note of caution: they can scratch, so it’s best to be careful, especially with young children.|Another attraction is the on-site zoo. We saw kids enjoying pony rides and we went to see the animals nearly daily. We learned from staff that the zoo also provides care for homeless/ unwanted or unwell animals and there are vets on site.|Food-wise, we were pretty impressed. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Some Turkish dishes were so good I looked up the recipes to try making them at home! The desserts—especially from the café—were phenomenal. The tiramisu was honestly the best we’ve had, even compared to the UK (and alcohol-free). |Everything at the hotel is thoughtfully arranged. Basics like towels, water, and anything else we needed were always within reach. Any mess created by the kids disappeared quickly and without fuss. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff on the 5th floor—our rooms were cleaned daily and we were never once disturbed.|One small downside was a slightly pushy gentleman offering spa treatments and massages. But otherwise all the staff were incredible. Always polite, warm, and helpful without ever invading our space. |We were given rooms super quick and on the same floor with extra beds -a huge help when travelling with a baby.|Reception staff were friendly and professional. |One evening I felt a bit bad about the mess our baby made around the highchair (and to be honest, the one I made myself that day at the bistro too!). A waitress, Shadiiyam, told us not to worry and that as long as kids have eaten and are happy it was absolutely fine. That one sentence captured the essence of this hotel—warm, understanding, and focused on what really matters.|Our baby got so much attention from the waiting staff, especially Salih who constantly made him smile and giggle. We went to the kids club every day -really lovely girls working there! But honestly, there was so much else to do at the hotel we didn’t even spend as much time at the kids club as we thought we would! The kids’ facilities are just brilliant, several playgrounds, and no mosquitoes.|Bathrobes were available upon request at reception. While the sea was a bit cold in April, my husband and our granny still went in a few times and loved it—described it as “refreshing,” and we all agreed the sea here is amazing. The water is crystal clear and so beautiful.|We would’ve enjoyed a bit of Zumba and belly dance activities in addition to what the hotel already offers. Our granny was really touched when a tent magically appeared to shelter her from the sun during the outdoor exercises ( she was hiding in the shade from the direct sun and the staff noticed it) |All in all, Bellis Deluxe has everything you could want from a family holiday and we already looking forward to coming back. Thank you All for your hard work and we hope to see...

I felt compelled to leave a review after reading so many good ones prior to going which made myself and my girlfriend book this, what a mistake that was! So many things not up to scratch.

To start can I just say we went in December, so I get that some of the usual things open during the busier periods won't have been available, but that's no excuse for so many things that were wrong with the hotel.

Firstly, when we first got to the hotel we got given our key cards and taken to our room. No information given about how food and drink worked considering it was all inclusive. Got to the room and no info in there either so had to go back down to reception to ask them where we actually went etc.

Next thing, got to the room and it was boiling in the room, went to put the air con on and it was blowing hot air. Went down to reception and they said it was because it was now on the winter settings and there was nothing they could do. Yet throughout our time there different parts of the hotel were nice and cool and clearly air conned, go figure? Nothing they could do though apparently. A few hours after trying to sleep on the first night we woke up drenched in sweat (we even had the balcony door open). Had to go down to reception in the early hours and basically beg for a fan and eventually got one. Apparently several others were also complaining about the heat.

Next thing, the mattresses in the room were literally like concrete slabs, never have in my life have I slept on something so hard. My hips and back were aching constantly, my gf said her hips literally felt bruised. As you can imagine, this coupled with the heat issue meant we never had a decent nights sleep.

The rooms in general were so basic, literally 2 star. Our shower head didn't stay up so I had to come up with a contraption to tie it higher up so it would stay in place. When you got in the bath to use the shower it also felt really creaky as if the bath was going to go through the floor (I'm not a big guy). By this point I'd had enough of complaining and knew nothing would be done about it so just cracked on.

Food really not great, same kind of stuff everyday, just buffet style and next to nothing was labelled.

My gf had a really sore throat the first day or two so went to the shop in the hotel to get some strepsils - £24! A guy told me he'd been quoted 80 euros to buy a vape from there. Crazy.

The mini bar was free and had a few bits in. Asked at 3 different points if it was possible to refill it as we'd had what was in it, it never happened.

One big thing that was infuriating and may be down to the time of the year is that none of the staff spoke English to any kind of competent level. So many times I gave up trying to ask a question as no one understood what I was saying. Maybe the more fluent people work there in the busier periods?

Only two positives I can think of is that the indoor pool was quite good as the weather wasn't great, and the cafe did a really nice latte. But that is literally it.

If I'd known what I know now prior to booking I would have ran a mile and booked elsewhere, don't always believe the good...

We stayed at the Belis Deluxe in May 2023. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Belis Deluxe. It was far from perfect but there were a lot of positives. Having been to a luxury 5 star All-inclusive holiday after Turkey, I got to appreciate some of the touches at Belis. I'd give a high 3 star. First off all the rooms were definitely not in line with the rest of the resort. It's quite odd really. Some of the Dining rooms and cafes were really done up nicely in modern décor, but the hotel rooms were really lacking and could do with an update. Our first room was really small, dark and dingy. We were moved to an ocean facing room which was bigger and brighter, but again could have done with a refresh. The resort is really big and has lots of swimming pools, bars and a water park with slides. There is also a large play area for kids and a separate pool for kids and infants. I really can't fault Belis when it comes to entertainment and play areas for children. It really does excel. The food - varied in terms of taste and quality depending on where you eat. The worst place by far was one of the small bar areas near the pool. This seemed to have Luke warm "Iceland frozen food" type things to eat. The pizza place was semi decent and we eat here most days for lunch. The all day ice cream stand was a good touch. The main buffet restaurant has abundance of choice, not all great but you will find something you can eat. The food here looked best in terms of quality. Having said that, I was quite put off by seeing prepped breakfast items on trays near the floor. I will say that they do run a tight ship and considering how many people they cater for, the staff were very quick at service and the food items constantly replaced. The star of resort is the café which is open from early morning till late evening. The choice of cakes and sweets available is truly astonishing. This is something that we missed having in the 5 star resort. As others have mentioned, this resort is catered for Russians first. All the activities and announcements were in Russian. We did have a Spa treatment which was good, but the staff at the spa were really too pushy in trying to upsell. Another great feature/service provided was the pool side service available. By scanning a QR code you were able to order off a menu and someone would bring the items along on skates. Another nice touch was the on-site Zoo.

It’s our second stay in this hotel. Both experiences were amazing starting from booking to the last goodbye. I booked straight from the hotel through their WhatsApp, got 5% discount for my second trip as a returning customer, it was so nice. The room is small but very cozy, has all the needed toiletries, room cleaning perfect, refrigerator refilled every day. The food is one of the best I ever had on vacations, huge variety, very tasty. My mother is a vegetarian and usually struggles to find what to eat at an all inclusive hotel, but never had this issue in Bellis. I can’t live without good coffee, and they have it here in the cafe on the first floor and at the bar near the big pool. Perfect cappuccino. Yes! I’m not a fan of alcohol so can’t comment on this but seems like they have a big variety of drinks and everyone is happy. My kid enjoyed tasty milkshakes, non alcoholic cocktails were very tasty. The service was always great. I really love the territory - really beautiful nature, trees, birds singing and lots of cute cuddly cats. Beautiful hotel. I’m into gym, the gym is ok, but had to use imagination to substitute crossover and no glute bridge, but could do bridge on smith. The zoo is so nice, we all enjoyed it, my kid especially of course, don’t forget to tale some apples to feed the horses (allowed) and ham for the cutest cats. A bit too noisy condition, but probably that could be foxed, we didn’t bother to deal with that. Two pools were heated - one with big water slider and the other one for smaller kids. My 8 y.o was spending hours in the water playing with other kids.

A vacation at Bellis Deluxe Hotel is love at first sight — and for a lifetime! 🌴✨ From the very first moment, you feel like you’ve stepped into a true paradise: manicured gardens, blooming alleys, the gentle whisper of the sea, and an atmosphere of absolute comfort. We stayed in the Jasmin building — and it was the perfect choice! 🏝️ The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, with a stunning view and every little detail you could need for a comfortable stay. The location of the building is ideal: close to the beach, restaurants, and all main leisure areas. The food is simply beyond praise! 🍽️ An amazing variety of dishes for every taste: the freshest seafood, aromatic grilled specialties, exquisite desserts, and incredible fruits. Every dinner felt like a true gastronomic celebration. The service is first-class! The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and the warmth and sincerity in how guests are treated is something truly special. The animation team is just fantastic! 💃🎭 During the day — fun activities and sports programs; in the evening — spectacular shows and concerts that create a festive atmosphere and fill you with energy. Bellis Deluxe and the Jasmin building combine comfort, beauty, and impeccable service. Leaving was the hardest part, and I know for sure — I’ll be coming back! ❤️🌊
