First impression: as we all know, "the first time" impression is most important, and can be done once. The entrance to Susesi Luxury Hotel looks more like a car parking, then 5* "Luxury" hotel entrance. There are so many cars around and nothing, what could stay in Your mind with "wow" effect. When You was before for example at Spice Hotel and Spa, or Delphin Imperial - for sure You'll feel disappointment. So, the first impression was not so good... Our assessment: 2. Covid rules: Are very OK in our opinion. You will have assistance to comply all papers, Your temperature will be checked as well. Booking procedure is fine and very kind. At restaurant all guest must wear protective mask, the staff is using it as well. Our assessment: 5. Room: We had std Deluxe room on ground floor. Room is big, nice and comfortable. Minibar is full and nice. We like it. Our assessment: 4+. Garden and paths : many plants, a lot of green color around, for sure we enjoy that. In comparison with another hotels in Belek: the floor/paths could be better quality and condition (old and just ok). The floor tiles are very hot, so without shoes you will rather run to bar then walk ;). Our assessment: 4. Main building: In general there is everything good, however You will not impress anything what can be named "amazing" "wow" or "unforgetable". At another hotels in very similar or even lower price You can have it, so we expected that here as well. The hotel is lack of "Theme" and a little bit "old fashion". Our assessment: 3. Food: good and with many options during a day. You will not be hungry for sure. For now it's ok. Our assesment: 5 Swimming pools: Quite big, the one with palms - very nice. Second one also very fine and big, but in some places the music from Bar is a little bit to loud. At another places there is no music, so everyone can choose what he likes. Our assessment: 4. Sun beds/ Beach chairs: mostly You can find "some", however I can see here one big problem. Actually everyone can take as many towels as they want, without the towel card (it's not valid now). Due to that during the day, starting from morning, You can see many "not used" Beach chairs, but only with some towel on it. Around us we can see that every day, and in our opinion this is a simply bad practice. Additionally, the staff is not cleaning the Sun beds during a day, which could be used by someone else. Our assessment: 3. The staff: 1. Rooms are clean and ok: very good. 2. Staff at Guest releation: not so good in our opinion. We get an answer but in standing, with feeling to hurry up. For this hotel standard it should be better. 3. Staff at restaurant: the food you can get quite fast and this is ok, but up to now few times we were looking a waiter, to ask for sth to drink. This is working much better at another 5* hotels in Belek. 4. The staff at swimming pools: at 6pm they are walking around and cleaning, it is difficult to deacribe, but they are doing this also with jot so good impression to guests which are still relaxing near to the pool. Our assessment: 3. Beach: big, with sand and some small stones. Could be more clean (again, comparing to another 5* hotels in Belek, with very similar or lowest price). There is simply dirty and enviromental is not 5* standard. Our assessment: 3. General assessment: My impression for Susesi Luxury Resort, considering QUALITY and PRICE, is just for "3+" (with max 5). We were in better hotels in similar time (September), price and location. We just like it... This is our opinion, You can came and have Yours of course! Most probably I will not choose Susesi again, but this stay I will keep with good/OK feelings.

This is the actual value for money that this place offers - my opinion. When we take a week-long Ultra All inclusive vacation and pay a pretty penny, we just want to enjoy a week of no stress vacation. It didn't go that way here. We had to get up at 1 am due to the early flight so arriving here at 10 am, we really needed that vacation to start. From the beginning we had to wait for 3 hours to get the room (yes supposedly they do not have any obligation until 2 pm) which was ready but they were postponing me every 10-20 minutes trying to get me Dumitrescu Vlad's rooms, not mine, they had the passport in front of them all the time and it wasn't until I really got pissed off that they read my full name and found that the room was ready all along. Then half an hour later, I decided to go get the luggage myself, was probably going to take hours for it to get to me. Once I got ahold of some coffee and started settling in, I had another surprise. Wifi does not work in the room. After several requests and a couple of hours I had someone from the IT department to come over. The solution was for us to configure all our devices to use static ip addresses. Static ip address settings that would work or not depending on where you are within the resort. They said if we had issues that we can ask for them to come and adjust the settings which was hilarious as I'm not going to wait around for half an hour or an hour for a tech to come over to fix my internet by the pool. So throughout the week depending on where we were we had to adjust our network settings from static IP to DHCP and back. And even then it didn't work all the time. I ended up buying an esim for my wife to make it easy for her at least. This was something that we had to deal with all week long whenever we changed our location within the resort. I'm sharing the manual IP settings in case anyone else needs them. In our room, there was a moist/musty smell, and the AC grille had mold on it. Granted, once I told the hotel staff, they came in and replaced it within the hour... but what kind of vegetation there is behind that or throughout the installation I do not know or want to think about. The place is NOT really focused on families with kids, as the kids entertainment place and water park/slides areas are in remote corners of the resort and very little room for adults to sit around there, as opposed to other hotels I've been to that have the possibility for you to spend half a day by the pool with your kids where the water slides are. They also have a lot of Turkish tourists and visibly prefer them over internationals, something you could notice especially when waiting in lines for drinks - again, granted, the lines were not always long. But unpleasant to see this. Maybe they were also used to skipping the lines, I don't know. The food was ok, above average I would say but nothing impressive. Drinks were fine and available in multiple locations and could always get good brand drinks if you asked for them. Coffee as well. There were plenty of spots aside from the main restaurant where you could get some snacks. Spa area and indoor pools were nice and clean as well. Room cleaning was impeccable and daily as well as the minibar. No complaints there. Pools were large enough and clean. No sunbed reservation policy enforced so of course you have to wake up at 8 a.m. to make sure that you have room to sit by the pool with the kids. By 9 a.m. most sunbeds are reserved. Just the front desk staff is quite unpleasant to deal with, had pretty much the same experience at check out.

Fantastic Hotel. Fantastic staff and service. Just got home yesterday after 7 relaxing and luxurious days. It surpassed my expectations which is rare these days. Firstly my thanks to the lovely staff. Very friendly, polite and attentive. They made this a special stay. I was really impressed from the moment I arrived until I left. Always smiling. On arrival, check in was simple and the guy was very helpful and informative. The restaurant staff, bar staff and people around the pool were great. Pool staff very helpful getting people beds and sunshades and a big thanks to the smiley girl on the roller skates getting everyone drinks. Food was great, buffet was varied and very nice. . All inclusive drinks are premium brands. great range of Cocktails. The hotel is very clean everywhere, rooms / bathrooms tasteful and roomy. Gardens are green and very beautiful. I just loved everything about the hotel. Very luxurious and classy. No drunken idiots or trouble. Thankfully we left them behind at the airport when we all went our separate ways. Everyone here was chilled. The bars are nice, lots of shady areas to sit in. Temperature was 37 degrees end of September, but cool at night. Never felt uncomfortable as fans under cover outside in seating areas and AC everywhere inside. Everything has been carefully thought of at this hotel and the little touches make a difference, like phone charging lockers placed in numerous locations. All the fittings and fixtures were top quality, clean and well maintained. Nothing shabby here. I did read the few negative reviews people left and having now been, I wonder who are these people, what are they used too? Presidential palaces? A nice mix of people from Europe and neighbouring counties. Everyone seemed respectful. There is 24 hours food and drinks. Minibar stocked daily. Room cleaned daily. We arrived 3am and where directed to the restaurant where there was a selection of hot food available and were waited on. I was thirsty, hungry and very impressed. Pool snack bars and restaurants serving a variety of salads, fruits, burgers, deserts, pastas, wraps, pizza and ribeye stakes during the day. Super fast service. Wifi, dropped out in the room occasionally, but worked fine in most places. Room was quiet, slept like a log. I particularly liked the fact as standard, you could use the spar sauna, steam room, baths and any of the 3 pools ( 2 indoor ) I did get a Thai massage at the spa. Excellent. Coffee and cake shop open 2pm to 11:30pm. Freshly squeezed fruit juices in the vitamin bar. Cakes where delicious. In some places I have been cakes look nice but often taste bland. Not here. They were quality and tasted as good as they looked. I have never returned to the same place as I always want to see new places. This is the first time, I though I will return because I know for sure what I am getting is to a very high standard. Would love to come here with friends. If you are reading this and considering it, I recommend you book it. Evening entertainment provided, dancers and such, not my thing, but it is there for those who want it in the evening. Did not get harassed with people selling staff. In fact the shops at the hotel, I though were cheap and great value, unlike most other hotels I have stayed at. A beautiful, clean and relaxing hotel and grounds. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere and great food. Great value comparing to other places I was looking at. I look forward to revisiting in the not to distant future. Thank You Susesi.

I look forward to revisiting in the not to distant...
