Easter holidays April 2025 - stayed 2 weeks ||Hotel|Clean, well decorated||Pools|We arrived in what’s classed as the winter concept so the only pool we could really use was the indoor or outdoor pool located within the spa area as they were mildly heated. |Splash park/aqua park - They opened the splash park a bit earlier due to warm weather but the water was so so cold so not many kids in it. It opened properly for full days from 15th April, still cold but busier! Great splash park area and slides. |Main outdoor pool - We used the sun loungers at the main pool but the water was too cold up until we left on 18th April and no one was ever in it. ||Food|Buffet restaurant - not huge amount of choice and didn’t change much day to day. Although kids area had plain pasta, mash, rice and chips my son struggled to find stuff he liked. |Italian - we used our free a la carte in the Italian and they didn’t have a seperate menu for kids like we’ve experienced at other hotels. Quite a limited menu too (no pizzas) just few pasta dishes and then a beef steak. So our son had a bowl of chips that evening. |Aqua park restaurant - this opened a few days before we left and they had CHICKEN NUGGETS so safe to say it made the child happy. They also had burgers, pizzas and salads! |Hasir snack - this was more catered for adults again. Me and my partner enjoyed their chicken kebab wraps. Only had plain rice, pita and chips for kids. |Waffle bar - we loved the waffle bar/desert bar and all the seating there. Very nice and yummy desserts. |Steak restaurant - we paid 52 euros each and our 4 year old was free. They made our son chicken nuggets and chips. They brought out a load of starters which were amazing and then the steak was the best I’ve had. Steak came with fries, sauce and roasted veg.||Bars|We loved the Irish bar. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great service, atmosphere and drinks. We weren’t keen on the Caprice bar as very slow service and they seemed to give better service towards locals staying at the hotel||Conferences- whilst we stayed there were 3 big conferences catering a large number of business people. These people would use the bars and buffet restaurant which made it extremely busy and reduced choice of seating (although I assume they are also paying guests and staying) it was just unfortunate some people couldn’t sit down in the evening for a drink due to the number of people the conferences brought over.||Kids club|Really good for kids. Our son never wanted to be left alone there but they allow for parents/carers to come and join in. This is where the kids disco was in the evening too and they had activity schedules all day which was great. Great little softplay and colouring/craft room too. |If your kid is happy to be left, it seems very secure with a wrist band system and people constantly monitoring whereabouts and there are only certain areas the kids can go in. There is a high-up sensor to open the doors out of the kids club. ||Rooms|Great mini bar and clean rooms. Rooms cleaned very well everyday but before 11am or a form would be left to say it couldn’t be done so it made us get up and sorted early doors. ||Drinks|We loved the QR code system at the main pool side and drinks would come very quickly by the waiters on roller skates. Great choice of alcohol, cocktails on the app and soft drinks. ||Shops in the hotel|We assumed these would be highly overpriced but we went into one of the ‘designer’ shops and the quality was amazing and the ‘designer’ tops in the shops were better price than we’d seen in the belek town! Trainer shop also well priced.|We went to the market for a floaty jacket for our son as the one we’d brought had broken, cheapest was £45 🙃 but we had to get it. The man in there is lovely though. Snacks aren’t too over priced at least just avoid clothing and toys. ||Salon|AVOID. We’ve been to Antalya hotels in the past and the salons have been so well priced and last year I got Keratin Botox hair treatment costing £80 equivalent (about £120 in U.K. so a saving) |We went to the hotel one to ask about the same treatment, I went in alone and it was priced 150 euros to which I nearly fell on the floor and a few days later I took my partner with me to hope for a bit of a haggle as the salon is always always empty - they then quoted me 300 euros 🤣 obviously forgot I’d already been in and upped the price by 150 euros! You’d think with the constant quiet salon they’d appreciate the sale ||Late checkout|We needed late checkout as we had a late flight and we got two options. They’d see if our room was free for longer (we had superior double room) for our room type it would 20 euros per hour or they do have specific late checkout rooms charged at 15 euros per hour. They told us to ask on the morning we leave to see which one would be available. ||Market |We went to belek market and were told it was open 9-7pm. We got there about 4pm and a lot of the stalls were closing. Unsure if that’s due to ‘out of season’ it’s big market though! We booked the taxi via reception and set fee of 35 euros return. ||Nemo restaurant - land of legends|This was an amazing restaurant. We took a trip out at 30 euros return in a taxi. Weather typically rained so didn’t explore as much as we’d hoped but the restaurant itself is just amazing and great for kids in terms of the sharks and all the fish swimming past whilst you eat. It’s a fish/sushi menu mainly but they did have ribs and steak and also had breaded chicken (large nuggets) and fries which is great for kids or those with a blander pallet. ||Overall, I personally wouldn’t come back as I’ve experienced better hotels but my partner said he would (without a child) as some of the seating areas...
Read moreWe have just returned from this hotel, having travelled as a multi generational family - with twin 5 year olds and grandparents. Unfortunately, what could have been a lovely holiday was disrupted after a violent attack by a fellow guest, and the subsequent terrible response by this hotel.
A few nights into our trip my husband went to reception to collect an extra duvet. He called a lift to return to our room, but when he attempted to board it, a group were already inside with their sleeping toddler - they said he couldn’t get in as it might wake their child. My husband felt there was enough space, so got in anyway. One of the men started telling him off so a (non physical) argument between the two of them ensued. Coincidentally, everyone was staying on the same floor. My husband exited the lift to walk back to our room(still carrying the duvet) but heard someone rushing after him. As he turned round to check, the man punched him straight in the face. He was knocked out, and now has a huge black eye, broken nose and a broken tooth.
The hotel provided quick medical care and called the police - my husband didn’t press charges as it would require a trip to hospital , which seemed pointless as clearly neither party would return to Turkey for a later court appearance. We had also read of the extortionate prices of emergency hospital care in Turkey - and as one of our group (his step father) was a doctor, we knew that no treatment would improve his injuries.
The next morning we met with guest services and requested the violent man be removed from the hotel as were scared of running into him again. The person from guest services said that her investigations suggested that my husband has provoked the attack by arguing with the man - it seems the hotel’s view is that a violent attack on a man walking away carrying an armful of duvet, is the natural result of a brief verbal argument during a lift journey. The hotel said that as both men were equally to blame, they would only ask the attacker to leave if we too left the hotel.
Throughout all of our conversations we remained polite and respectful with the lady from guest services. We acknowledged that the hotel couldn’t be blamed for the violence, and specifically said that we weren’t looking for compensation, just safety. And if they were unwilling to remove a violent guest, we remained concerned that this man was still staying on the same floor as us - bumping into him again seemed inevitable and I was scared of what he might to do my husband.
They agreed the other group would be moved to another room elsewhere at the hotel. However, the following day I checked with the hotel to see this had happened. They informed me that they had changed their mind and if we had a problem, we had to move ourselves.
I still find this shocking. My husband has never been violent to anybody in his life - the hotel literally told me that because he had argued with the man, he had provoked the violence. This is clearly victim blaming and I expected better from a five star luxury hotel. Interestingly their kids club policy is that disruptive children will be removed, but apparently an adult beating up another guest is acceptable and has no consequences.
Although we were not allowed to see the existing ccctv footage, our Jet 2 representative was shown it and confirmed this account of the event itself. He also told me that when the hotel spoke to the violent guest, he made some further shocking, incorrect and legally slanderous allegations about my husband.
Other than this horrible and traumatic incident, the hotel is nice enough. That said, this is our second visit to the hotel (our first was in 2022) - and the quality of the food and general enthusiasm of the staff has gone downhill since then. The kids club and its staff are the best thing about this hotel.
Based on this hotel’s previous responses to other negative reviews on trip advisor, I’ve no doubt they will soon respond to question the accuracy of...
Read moreI don’t recommend this hotel at all , they don’t have any fantastic show same as other 5 stars hotel , the food good , it’s very busy and no body not care about you in this hotel , I have several trip to Antalya and try so many hotel , but I never choose this hotel at all , not satisfied Our trip ended after a week, which I don't want to happen again! Before the trip, we coordinated with the agency that I book all my trips with, and they managed to give us a superior room. After about 5 hours of flight, we arrived at the hotel and They took us, but... the ground floor room did not have any kind of view that we had arranged in advance, I went back to the reception and said that I will not stay on that room because it is different from my reservation, the receptionist said that the room with these specifications They don't have any titles available at the moment and they can't offer anything other than this room 👎🏻 I called the agency and told the story, and after about an hour they gave me another room that even though I had requested a double bed They gave the number of beds separately and we will combine the two with a bedspread as queen bed 😂The view of room was facing the river and it was acceptable to some extent. In this hotel, in the morning and evening, all the meals were no different from the first day, unfortunately and every day, we did not use the lunch because the time was very short and there was practically nothing in the restaurant, the employees were incredibly rude and Did they talk to the passengers? There are no varied night programs in this hotel and everything is repetitive, that is, if a person stays in this hotel for 14 days, he will not feel any variety at all, this hotel just looks like a 5-star hotel. My opinion is 2 stars, the service was so annoying that we choose not to stay in the hotel considering the high price we paid for this hotel and go shopping, it also had a story because the taxi mafia starts outside the lobby. We asked the car rental department about our transfer to Mark Antalya, they offered us an amount of 2,300 liras, we did not accept it and came outside the lobby, and a taxi driver of hotel outside the lobby offered us 1,700 liras for a one-way trip from the hotel to Mark Antalya. They offered and we accepted. When I returned, according to the many trips I had to Antalya and I had a good time in other real 5-star hotels, I returned to the hotel with an amount of 800 lira. We took a long taxi to the first part of the road (main road)because I had noticed the taxi mafia in the hotel, I was talking to a driver on the side of the road about a discount, when the hotel drivers came and did not let us board another taxi and they fought, we continued our work and Finally, we met a driver and we took the route that the hotel taxi asked for 2000 lira with 600 lira from the side of the main road. The other thing is that we dedicated a day to the amusements of the hotel, which is extremely bad and the service is extremely poor. (My comparison was only with my other experiences in Antalya in other hotels compared to this hotel) The other item is the bathing suit and underwear that we used after swimming in the pool and washed and hung on the hotel balcony to dry, the next day We wanted to use it again because of the chimney of the hotel kitchen close to the room with the smell of food iodine that was on the clothes. Unfortunately, we did not like it at all in this hotel and we wanted the trip to end as soon as possible. The title is not recommended to friends who are looking for a luxury hotel, even people in swimsuits were walking in the middle of the lobby, which is generally not true in luxury hotels. I do not recommend this hotel in any way, even the night programs and entertainment in this The hotel is not up to standard, to be honest , also I think it’s just a hotel that get the stars and awards by Fraud and...
