Hotel Casabella — Hotel in Entebbe City

I was told that the place was new and good but only to find out that the place doesn't have hot/warm water, and when asked they said that " there's nothing they can do because there is no sun so there is nothing they could do" when asked what to do and how they're going to help us with the water issues they end up telling us they're is nothing they can do and that they didn't receive complaints from room 107. While the night before we complained and the next morning we also addressed it but nothing was done only to arrive later no warm water and the weather of Entebbe being very windy and cold. Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Friendly staff. Free and good breakfast. Just about 100m from Lake Victoria. Morning enjoy the breakfast at the balcony could see the beautiful scenery of Lake Victoria. If you wake up early can see the beautiful sunrise. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will recommend to friends and stay at this hotel if visit...
