Staying at Kemrose was an absolute treat! The hotel is super modern, stylish, and built to top-notch Western standards, so everything feels comfy and high-end. The staff were beyond friendly — so warm and professional, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. And the food? Absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully served.

But what really blew us away was how Kemrose pulled off a last-minute gorilla safari for us. We thought it’d be impossible on such short notice, but they made it happen, and it was hands down one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives! We also explored stunning crater lakes and went on epic hikes through breathtaking landscapes, even checking out natural hot springs.
