Good service and beautiful gardens filled with an unusually good variety of flowering plants. We just stopped by to have a look around and drink a fresh juice. Staff were attentive and we were served quickly. We had a tour of the banda-type rooms, which we liked. Very spacious, clean, each with its own modern fitted bathroom and separate balcony. This would be a good place for groups to stay especially if hiring conference rooms. There's a tiny "Nebbi sized" chapel in the gardens. The fashion/ gift shop sells high quality products. I'd like to stay here if I was hosting one of my digital marketing training events.

I like how they’re set up like cabins with an upstairs and downstairs room. We had a nice balcony overlooking the gardens which are very pretty. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom. There was hair in the shower but everything else was clean. We ate at the restaurant that was pretty good. We w joyed walking around the property. It’s quiet away from the city.

The place is tranquil and neets your needs. If you want to experience something a little more rustic this is your place. The food is good if you are willing to experiment with traditional dishes. They do have other western options but its not the best.

We stayed 3 weeks as returning residents at Koi Koi this time, but unfortunately experienced a number of challenges that made our stay disappointing.||||Missing hot water, several days without water all together and power shortage. And than, on the last day we were told that the reason for all the problems in the cottage was, that we had been staying in the oldest cottage, that was in great need of a facelift!||||Since manager knew this, we really wondered why we were never presented with a better functioning room alternative!? We were the only guests! This we told the manager.||||Housekeeper Sarah and staff Obadiah were definately keeping the place together, doing their best to accommodate our needs and keeping our room clean. Well done to both of them! ||||Sarah is a gem! We even asked here to stay all 3 weeks with us!||||Will we return to Koi Koi next year? We consider because we love the place, but we are not sure since we will be coming with all our children.||||If Koi Koi receives guests, it should be able to provide the services it advertizes! If that is not possible, than it should stay closed to avoid loosing customers.||||Do not blame corona for poor accommodation and...

The good - the rooms are clean, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The location is ideal - close to fortportal and most attractions. ||The bad - the service and the food is poor. For breakfast, we were service Chapati, potatoes and bread. Heavy on starch and limited healthy options despite fortportal being a basket of healthy food. ||The garden is full of all kinds of herbs but plain water and a tea bag were what was offered for tea. ||The following day, we were served raw pineapples. ||There’s need for a more diverse team in management as hotel and restaurant is run by males. Perhaps this explains the lack of attention to detail and client service. The manager is hardly available to interact with and meet guests. ||I also noticed that the owners only respond to positive reviews and do not address reviews that call for improvement. ||Despite the calm and serene location, we shall not be...
