Nyanja view resort — Hotel in Kabarole

Nyanja View has the potential to be great! The view is awesome and the public area, bar, restaurant, fire place, pool (see comment below) is very inviting. The stuff is very friendly but maybe not the most experienced in hosting guests.

BUT: the resort seems to be managed poorly.

We stayed two nights. The room was clearly prepared multiple days in advance, as many dead flies and insects where found on the bed sheets were we arrived. This should not happen. The room itself is very small and has almost no space for luggage bigger then a backpack. The shower was horrible, giving steaming hot water for a few seconds and then cold water again.

The pool was totally dirty and not inviting to go for a swim.

Unfortunately the side suffered a couple of power outages, where the staff managed the situation not very well. It took up to 5 hours until they started the backup generator.

Many of our complains could have been prevented if the side was managed better. Hope this will help to improve...

Staying at Nyanja View Resort in Kasenda felt like stepping into a postcard. I woke up to sweeping views over a serene crater Lake Mwamba, with birdsongs as my morning alarm. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, and evenings by the infinity pool watching the sunset became my favorite ritual. From here, I easily explored Kibale Forest, Mahoma Falls, and hidden crater lakes - each day an adventure, each night a peaceful retreat.
