Marble Arch Hotel — Hotel in Kampala

I checked in and paid 100k for a room that cost 85k. They said they were going to give back the balance when they had change. I never received back the money and the Askari plus the manager even tried holding me unlawfully to get more money out of me last time I was there. The staff is nothing more than thieves and they have no problem abusing you whilst taking your money. Avoid this place...

I just didn't like the interior of the rooms, the bed covers were old and worn out plus its net and the television was old...

Was at Kampala for s short stay and decided to go for Marble Arch. Such a cozy and comfortable...
