The first thing I will say is that the food takes a LONG time to arrive, please expect to wait at least an hour. Some of the items on the menu they don't actually have it (so what's the point of it being on the menu). And when the food does eventually arrive, it is lukewarm, not piping hot. I had to return my food for them to warm it properly, which took another 20 minutes. And you have to keep asking the service staff the status of your order as they don't volunteer that information. This is why I can't comment on whether the food is nice or not because the service kind of ruins it. As other people have also pointed out in the reviews, the service could be way more efficient. I hate going to places where I have to ask for the menu, and then ask for an addition menu as they have given 1 menu for 6 people to share. They also didn't bring the drinks menu in the first instance and I had to ask again. They also bought my food to me uncovered which annoyed me. If you are kenyan or have been there at some point, you would have encountered nyama choma (roasted goats meat). This place promises that experience in kla, the service is spot on, the atmosphere mimics Nairobi, you get to park your vehicle inside.
