ENTALE SAFARI CAMP QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK — Hotel in Kasese

Staying at Entale Safari Camp in Queen Elizabeth National Park was an incredible experience! One of the absolute highlights for me was the nighttime hippo spotting – it’s surreal to hear them and then see them emerge from the water under the moonlight. It felt like a scene straight out of a nature documentary, and it’s something I’ll never forget.

I also loved that the camp offered easy access to the nearby town. Getting the chance to step out of the park and visit the local community was a unique part of the experience. It was amazing to connect with the locals, learn more about the culture, and see a different side of the area beyond the wildlife. Entale Safari Camp combines all the magic of a safari with a warm, authentic feel that made my trip truly special. Highly recommended!

The food at Entale Safari Camp was nothing short of incredible. Each meal felt carefully crafted, with fresh ingredients and flavors that truly brought a taste of the region to the table. I stayed for three nights at the camp where I enjoyed watching Hippos coming next to my tent. The hoppos normally visit twice a night that's between 20:20 - 22:00 and 2:00am- 4:00am. I took various photos of hippos at night while peeping out of my tent 😜😜😜. I highly recommend...

We had a very nice stay there! The lodge is very cosy and spacious. Food is very delicious and the stuff very courteous. We even had the chance to see some hippos in the evening next to the lodge. It’s also close to the channel boat rides. Can definitely...
