Stayed here for one night in a triple room. Arrived in the evening time and they still had a handful of rooms available. We asked for a triple and they had one with two double beds in it still available. The room was musty and the bathroom was sparse; the shower had a handheld shower head.||After a long journey, the three of us were ready for a shower but there was no hot water. We called down to reception and they said to leave the tap on for 3 minutes and it'd start coming through. Not surprisingly, that didn't happen. We gave in and had "bird baths" in cold water instead. When we told the front desk that we had no water we were offered a jerry can of hot water in the morning (which would have meant more bird baths). We declined that and asked if there was another room (there wasn't) and so could we have a discount. We were offered UGX2,000 off, less than 5% of the cost of the room, and at checkout we had to insist that even that be offered to us.||One plus, there's some parking at the hotel if...

The night I spent there the hotel was practically empty and the staff allowed me a tour of three different room types before allowing me to settle with my favourite. It is also well located within Mbarrara close to the centre on a street which seems to specialise in medical clinics, although there was also a nightclub...

And not so helpful rather rude. And she did not know which room we booked and having problem to lead us to right room. ||In the morning, my friend had to call Booking.com to make sure. After couple calls, we finally clear it out. Fortunately, we were not so rush but if we were this could be very annoyed. ||What happened was, the agency between booking.com and payment received money from us but didn’t send conformation Email to the hotel. (but my friend had received confirmed Email from hotel.) ||Anyway, hotel was not bad but staff was not nice at all and not recommended...
