The hotel is well designed with spacious rooms, particularly comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The decor is very attractive with some outstanding features. The pool is clean and well maintained||||We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. We paid extra to have a balcony which was pleasant to sit out on. But then the loud music with a deep beat started. While it was on it was very disturbing, disrupting concentration.||We were told this was normal on Saturday and Sundays and it would go off at 7:30 p.m. The management did get the music turned down to some extent for us, which we appreciated. ||On Saturday the music actually went off before 7.30 as everybody had gone home. The safe in our room didn't work as there were no batteries...
Read moreWHAT A FAVORITE HOME KAMPALA NILE RESORT IS!!! When I start narrating my stay at Kampala Nile Resort, I might not finish but just know everything is unique and wow 🤗😋. I remember my family and I had gone there for a short holiday of three days but the service was excellent from the reception, Miss Topista welcomed us warmly with a simple smile despite her being smart, then the food and beverages served were extra ordinary, prepared professionally by Chef Kamal Nagar, Waiswa, & Emma and served by eloquent and honest waiters and waitresses (Mr.Hamis, Mr. Ibrahim, Miss Betty & Jackie) respectively, the rooms Ooh! Smartness, sincere thanks to Miss Josephine who works whole heatedly to ensure organizational hygiene. The wide swimming pool I have never seen before, massage. In a nutshell I wish to appreciate the good work that Mr. Krishna Aryal is doing e.g motivating his employees and encouraging them to work hard. Long live Kampala...
