Read moreThis place is exceptional. Located on the magic place where Lake Albert merges into Albert Nile. If you are lucky, elephants will pass near your veranda for an evening bath. It is guaranteed to listen to a hippopotamus grazing right next to you at night and to the birds singing in the morning. Sunsets watched from the veranda will stay with you for a long time. Similarly, sunrises seen during a morning bath in the bathroom adjacent to your tent in the open air, illuminated by the stars at night. The tents are very comfortable and clean. Equipped with large comfortable beds and everything you need. They combine a high standard with communion with nature. However, if you prefer to sleep in a hotel - comfortable rooms in the hotel part are waiting for you. The staff of the resort is very friendly and helpful. When our car broke down, they helped to organize a mechanic and spoiled us with blissful laziness, making sure that we did not lack anything. The meals offered by the hotel are delicious, the chef creates unusual dishes adapting to our needs. Vegetarian dishes are also wonderful. Great place to start exploring The Murchisson Falls National Park. To sum up, a very successful stay - we will happily...
Read moreReally beautiful remote safari lodge with incredible views, great rooms and lovely, helpful staff. We booked very last minute and the staff were super accommodating and attentive. We stayed in one of the tents down by the river Nile where you can hear and see the hippos at night! The tents feel completely remote and private and the sunsets over the river are stunning (my boyfriend actually proposed to me during one of these!!). There is a lovely, knowledgeable guide who can take you on game drives and other local safari adventures in Murchison national park and show you around the area. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, definitely worth a visit!
To Anne and the crew, thank...
