I have never been so excited to leave a review and it be all good. Whoever owns/runs this place should be proud of the people you have chosen to work here! Every single person we came into contact with was soo nice always took the time out to have a quick conversation and always asking if there is anything they can do to help from the security at the gate to the swimming instructors!

I would like to specifically shout out Nathan what an asset to you! As soon as I booked the room. I had a few questions regarding check in as our flights arrived in the evening and he was always ready to help and despite the time difference, he would always reply quickly. It is because of his customer service that I was receiving prior to even arriving that made me book a second room for my sister in law and brother in law. After check in the customer service did not stop there, he came to find us to introduce himself and let us know if we need anything we can reach out to him 24/7.

My in-laws came to visit us a few times at the hotel and even they mentioned how fantastic all the workers are!

The fact you are able to have swimming lessons for free is a bonus! I came there with a phobia of water after one lesson the instructor (I forgot his name sadly) had me jumping into the pool from the deep end!

If you are contemplating booking I guarantee you will not regret I came back and told all my family about the hotel I would 100% recommend!!

The only thing I would say is because the pool is open to the public it does get busy which was a bit annoying when you want to actually swim and hang out...

Very professional, well trained, well behaved, very friendly, respectfully, trusted staff members. Security - safe and very welcoming all the way from the Gate . Innocent deserve more pay 😁 his so committed and accurate with his Job. Food - excellent service at anytime. Function space - excellent condition and service. Cleanness - Top notch . Reception staff - ++ excellent services at any time. Best Hotel for weddings , birthdays , engagement, baptism, surprise parties and meetings (conferences or small meetings.) It's the best hide out for lovers 😍. It's also a noise proof surrounding area. Quiet and decent neighborhood . It's a family place with all age groups. Swimming Pool - very clean and well maintained. Decorations- excellent. Management - fantastic customer service. It's the Hotel I can comfortably recommend as many people to visit.
