I visited Kirovohrad in early August 2018 with my girlfriend and stayed in Reinkartz for two nights. While choosing one of the cheapest rooms, it was still very spacious, clean and comfy. The room had a good A/C, TV, free drinking water, huge variety of drinks and snacks in minibar (extra charge), restaurant food service (not 24/7).|Breakfast was included in the price and overall was rather good. The staff was friendly and smiley.|While there were problems with water supply in the city in that period, there were no shortages of water in reinkartz during my stay. 10 minutes walk to the center down the street, 5 minutes walk to the closest store (АТБ) up the street.|Minuses include difficult entrance driveway (difficult to find at first), minor things such as laundry drying deck in the middle of the corridor, and bad view from the windows. A lot of stairs on the way to the breakfast, so not the best conditions for people with limited physical abilities (though I’m sure the staff would be willing to help and find solutions).|Nonetheless, 2050 UAH (80$) total for two nights for two people with breakfast is a great price for this stay, especially taking into consideration that Kirovohrad doesn’t have a lot of good hotels to...

I have stayed here many, many times. Sadly, they quality of reception staff has decreased tremendously. I see the good staff were asked to leave (hotel politics).||The girls could not even tell me where I can make a color photo copy in town; or where I could buy felt markers.The girl on duty was useless with regards to arranging my transfer to Kiev airport; a requests I made 2 days a go when I checked in. The hotel front desk management is very poor. They seem to think their problem, it the customers problem.||I am in one of the expensive rooms. I wanted to extended my stay, the same girl told me not possible, and offered me a room on the first floor. She clearly knows nothing about "loyalty", as I have stayed here more than 70 nights over the past 2.5 years. So, instead of accommodating me, I chose to book at another hotel. great loyalty Reikartz. NO working fridge for 2 days, even though it was reported first day. Once again, I have to chase the reception to fix it. There was no "proactive" service or effort on their behalf.||Reception staff this visit....absolutely...

I have stayed here 5 times for business and leisure. Most recent was for 8 nights in June 2014. Room was a nice size, very clean, well maintained by hotel staff...albeit a little old fashion in decor. Reception staff were always very friendly, helpful and professional. They make you feel at home.||Included breakfasts were good....hearty with a sufficient food selection and variety, including cappuccinos, juices etc. Restaurant staff very friendly and attentive. Dinner menu offered many choices. New menu items added. (The restaurant decor could be improved to match the lovely quality of the hotel; its a little old style, dark "cave" looking style)...and yes, good WIFI in rooms!||The hotel is only a 10 minute walk along the main street to the city center. Lots of small shops, cafes, banks, ATM's in the area. Buses are close by. Taxis, drivers can be called by reception.||Overall a good stay. I will stay again soon.
