KIDEV Park Hotel — Hotel in Пристолична сільська громада

I have stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful accomodation and I have been amazed by this incredible hotel. ||||Breakfast - Before coming to Ukraine I was worried that I would find it hard to enjoy food since I do not eat everything but I gotta tell you their buffet breakfast was awesome. I liked lots of things and it was nice. The staff was very nice as well, making sure everything is stocked up and they were always full of greetings, making the breakfast more enjoyable and comfortable :) They also had in service room but I did not opt for that because I prefered enjoying the buffet myself.||||Hotel - TERRIFIC! I'm calling this hotel "The Forest" because it truly is amazing, large and lots of things to do such as paintball, football/soccer, tennis, relax on a hammock, walk in nature and much much more who I will not reveal here ;) ||||Staff- The staff, including receptionist/administrators, porter and cleaning services people, were all very nice and helpful with everything. I was impressed how much awesome they were. They truly do everything to help you. I wish them all the best and I will miss them a lot! ||||Oh and by the way, the wifi is the best there ever will be. It's so strong and so good! ||||||My advice/positive suggestion, would be to include hammocks in trees (between one tree and other), maybe by climbing a ladder, trampoline for adults and who knows maybe one day a pool? Okay, I'm asking for too much but I liked my stay from start to finish and I suggested these because I really would love for the hotel to keep growing stronger...

Our stay at Kydiv was anything but relaxing. We had reservations for 3 couples, but the cottage only had provisions for 2 people. (towels, robes, slippers)||||We had arranged for breakfast to be delivered at 4:30 in order to eat before we left for the airport, but the meals were not prepared or delivered.||The front desk blamed a new chef for being behind, but at 4:30 AM, and having only seen 1 other room at the hotel occupied, I find this very hard to believe.||In the morning, 4:00 AM there was no hot water. I had to shower in cold water to start my long day of travel. Again the front desk had an excuse for the boiler||not being ready, more likely, they were saving money by not turning it on until later in the morning.||||If you have an early flight out of Kyiv, avoid this hotel. I would not reccomend this establishment to anyone traveling...

I liked it a lot. First of all the service. Second of all the zone. Its all green there outside. The room was very nice. Nothing extraordinary, its simple but yet very ergonomic. The room where I stayed was on 1st floor and and had a terrace. In the summer evenings thats very comfortable. The staff at the reception was curteous and helped in every situation when I needed help. The breakfast was not great. Eggs, omlets, sausages, some vegetables and ukrainian cheesecake - zalekanka :) One thing I didnd liked: dont pay for the hotel in euro. The exchange rate there is burglarious. For example at that moment I could exchange in Kiev or any other city 1 euro for 29,25 UAH, but in the hote the rate was 28 UAH. When I asked why the girl at the reception didnt say something clear just murmured something about...
