Host is very rude and unprofessional. All I wanted to do is pay for my entire stay with my credit card, so when I placed my first time booking at booking.com he started asking to make a deposit through bank transfer. I assume that platform didn’t support online payments cancelled that reservation and booked same stay through hotels.com. Same happened again. Host failed to explain this business doesn’t accept credit card payments. He kept telling me I have to transfer a deposit to some bank account. This is not a convenient practice and for someone who doesn’t live in Ukraine. I would have to go through hassle of going to the bank for wire transfer and pay fee on that. This is my time and my money. From my personal experience I have never seen no hotel ever done this before. When I did express my opinion regarding this situation on google review he made a comment that I don’t have money on my bank card 😳 Dear host, if anything I don’t have time and cash to pay you on the spot and moreover I don’t have time to go and pay your deposit at the bank (like I’ve got nothing better to do). I want fast secure payment using my bank card. Just like the rest of the world already doing so in case you are not aware. Rude, unprofessional heartbreaking experience. I feel humiliated. Please if you travel from overseas avoid this business...

Apartment is located in very good location, in general no more than 15 mins walk from the city center. Arrival was easy and check in was very quick. The person checking me in was very helpful and nice. I really liked quality of bed mattress and bed itself. Whole apartment is well designed and new. There was nothing missing from the anemities. WiFi connection was excellent so it is perfect to download and process business content I needed. ||Suprisingly all people that I met in the apartment house (regular residents) were very friendly and were greeting me each time although we didn't know each other. If someone is interested to come with a car there are parking spots right next to the entrace to the building but there is also a guarded car parking on nearest intersection and costs only 20 UAH per day. ||There is a shopping centre and gas station on the other side of the road if needed. ||I recommend to stay with...

Жахливий досвід взаємодії. Не дуже коротка історія, щоб пояснити свою негативну оцінку: я забронювала номер 16.12.24, прийшов лист про підтвердження з інформаією на пошту. Я обрала функцію оплати на місці в цілях безпеки, так як їхала з Києва в Суми перший раз і це для мене не знайоме місце. Заселення мало відбуватись 03.01.25, так як "оплата на місці" заселитись потрібно було до 17:00 (так вказано було в листі). Я приїхала близько 15:30, не змогла зорієнтуватись і почала телефонувати за номерами в 15:45 (які було вказані в листі). Слухавку ніхто не брав. За чей час вже підїхав мій чоловік, якого я і їхала провідати. Телефонувати почав він - теж саме. Потім він знайшов ці номери у Вайбері і там йому відписали, що бронювання зняте, бо заселитись потрібно було до 16:00 (а було вже 16:15), хоча в листі (і ми відправили їм скриншоти) написано 17:00 і я почала телефонувати з 15:45. В результаті нам перестали відповідати і відмінили бронювання. Без поянень і вибачень. Я могла б зрозуміти, якби сказали "вибачте, сталась помилка, нам шкода". Запропонуати альтернативу. Але ні.
