Heorh Palats — Hotel in Chernivtsi Urban Hromada

I stayed in this hotel for one night at the end of March 2108. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning when I called to book a room until the day of the departure. ||We arrived early in the morning, came to the hotel, the receptionist said that the check-in will be at 2 p.m., then we left our luggage at the hotel and went to the city. But at 10 a.m. the receptionist called us and said that we may come to check in. So that was very convenient. We were glad and happy.||The location is close to the railway station so it was a great choice for our company - it was me, my son, my friend and her 2 kids. We took a 10-minute walk from the railway station to the hotel. But if you are not comfortable with walking up the hill, then take a taxi.||The interior of the hotel is neat, clean, the room was very comfortable, everything was prepared for us.||One only thing I didn't like was the heating temperature. It was very stuffy in the room. I think if I stayed for more days I would approach the staff to ask to decrease heating of the room.||Overall, I recommend this hotel for the travelers...

Me and my team we book 2 standard rooms and 1 Superior. Front desk young girl gave us key of the room at 7 PM, then at 23:00 when we were sleeping, receptionist call is to change the room because SHE DID a mistake!!! She crying for the mistake because she was working since 24 hours without stop,and she decide to move us out and from or room in the night., or we must to pay cash money to upgrade the rooms. We were not agree and we call the police, because for us is not allowed (and not legal!) pay by cash. Police arrived and recorded all the situation, and open a file.|Manager on duty of hotel never came in 2 days to talk with us. Young girl LIE in front of the police, but there was a registration of the voice and camera record all.|I had very bad impression about the staff and the management. |Hotel is not so bad.. a little bit old, but good for one night sleep. ||We wrote on “complains book” and I PERSONALLY SUGGEST CUSTOMERS TO DOUBLE CHECK IF ALL IS FINE, BECAUSE THEY WILL ASK YOU MONEY FOR ALL!!||OPEN EYES MY FRIENDS... specially for...

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Immediately made to feel welcome. Smiling, helpful and very attentive staff, including some who spoke English. The one thing I really liked was the lovely fresh smell in the public places and particularly in our room which made such a change from the musty and sometimes drain smell that we experienced in other Ukrainian hotels. Spottlessly clean and charming with gorgeous light fittings in our room. Plenty of storage space, fridge, flat screen tv, safe and a good shower in a nice bathroom, bath robes and slippers. Very effective quiet air conditioning in a quiet peaceful room. No lift but staff eager to carry any...
