Hotel "Florida" — Hotel in Kyiv

Good location if you have things to do in that area but.....to approach the hotel was very difficult as it was snowing in Kiev and hotel personal did not bother to clear up. Parking area is limited and if there is no space Infront of the hotel, than you will have to park in front of the neighboring buildings which is not very convenient. Rooms are ok, comfortable. Set up is basic, nothing extra. We were missing a towel for our daughter,but as soon we ask, they bring. Breakfast is average, nothing special, can be much better. Service for breakfast is like you have meal in some factory kitchen. As I said on the beginning, I book in this hotel as I had things to do in that area. There is much better...

For a 3 star hotel it was just bleh. The staff were polite ..👍🏼. Breakfast is just horrible!!! Even the coffee was bad 😑 and the eggs were cold. The room is congested and it didn’t even have a kettle or tea or coffee pouches. The room didn’t even have slippers. The bathroom doesn’t have any complimentary amenities like toothpaste or toothbrushes or bathroom slippers or shampoo pouches or anything .. most hotels provide these even hostels provide these. The shower took a long 15 minutes for hot water to just come and moreover the water was a bit brown in the beginning. We just took this hotel Bcz we had work nearby I’m sorry will never take...

Honestly, adequate. The bed was creaking as you wouldn’t believe, the head rest leather coating started to peel off, therefore, covering the bed in these little pieces, the wood covering the wall in the bathroom started to unglue as well.. AC was set at 5 C in 30 degrees heat but it wouldn’t really do anything to the temperature in the room. The food was ok, especially the pancakes but on our first morning there we had to wait 30 min after the agreed upon time just to take our order. While it wasn’t terrible by any means this is not what a 3 star hotel supposed...
