ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE — STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Don’t be fooled by their slick website or the outside appearance of the building — this place is a nightmare. Filthy rooms, disgusting bathrooms, and a stench that hits you the moment you walk in.

The customer service is beyond horrible — I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels across the world, and I’ve NEVER encountered staff this rude, careless, and disrespectful. It’s like they go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome.

If you’re from Europe, the U.S., or anywhere that values safety and cleanliness — DO NOT STAY HERE. The environment felt unsafe, unhygienic, and borderline hostile. I genuinely feared for my belongings and well-being.

This hotel shouldn’t even be open — it’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

I and my father stayed here for 11 nights. When we first came here we met with Natasha at reception desk. She was wonderful she did everything she can. We arrived early in the morning. She offered us open buffer breakfast and I kindly asked her if we can check in early we have travelled all night. She said yes. Reception stuff including Alina, Dasha all were so kind. They were so helpful all the time. My father isn’t an easy person so he asked a lot and they did everything they could. You feel like home. I definitely Recommend to stay here if you want to stay somewhere local. The are is very posh. Ipodrom metro station is 10 mins away and there are lots of markets and restaurants here. The building is lovely but they need to redesign rooms. We loved staying here. Thanks for everything. We Will miss all...

The design (and outlook, and inside) is trying to tell you about the high quality of the service and the stay. In a fact, the things are close to the opposite side: the carpet in the room was torn, the music in the restaurant wasn't matched to "style" of the hotel (and, actually, was close to inappropriate), the breakfast by itself was poor and the quality of food was low.||If you stay the night from Saturday to Sunday - is a wedding night (it seems that a wedding crowd is the main target group of the hotel's marketing) - very "cheerful" guests will come back to their rooms...
